Just wondeing if anyone has ever heard of OpenOffice and its printing capabilities.........if so, how does it work.......looking for a free printing program because I can not afford a update of my Lexmark right now.............any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....

I downloaded the apps "Daily Workouts free" and "Lose Weight Fitness and Workouts", those two apps have a ton of workouts for targeted areas or your whole body. They are also short videos so they show you how your body is supposed to be positioned. Daily Workouts also times you in intervals. Hope this helps if you're able to download apps. I also have the app "Fitness Buddy", but I haven't looked at it as much, that one looks more targeted towards men.

Yoga is excellent for that, as is Pilates. You can download a yoga app or check out videos on YouTube. You can also buy relatively inexpensive yoga DVD's. Unless you know how to do it, opt for the beginners videos/dvd's. My favorite yoga is Biggest Loser, Yoga for Weight Loss. I've got to get back to doing it regularly. Don't worry if you can't keep up right away; you'll work into it.

For anyone that suffers from anxiety (any form), I highly suggest that you either purchase or download the Linden Method. I guarantee it will inform you at the very least. I started watching the videos and reading the books 3 days ago and im feeling alot better. I've been watching a lot of the videos from CSFINFO.org and researching a lot... the phrase "finding the cure" comes up a lot and I was wondering if anybody knew what this means. Read. Get your information for reputable places. Learn what happens in pregnancy, how it works what your body does and all that stuff it's amazing. Mostly though be flexible. Every pregnancy is different, every baby is different, and every clinic is different. What happened with your friend or what the baby book says may not be how it goes for you, but that’s ok. Unless it's truly a real issue don't stress about it, it will be fine.
