Also ultra high lifelong need to protect the uninjured eye from disease or injury. That means wearing glasses all the time (even if not need custom RX) and avoiding high eye injury activities and safety GOGGLEs for that which cannot be avoided. Also living healthy lifestyle since many disease can damage "good" eye.

Also protect your head from traumas or injuries particularly to forehead regions. Avoid eye rubbing, if you have sneezing habit get proper treatment. Avatar f tn ve been for years since my spine injuries. I have ADD and have to use to do lists. I would recommend a to do list and for safety reasons, go see a doctor immediately. At minimum they should do some tests I think called cognitive testing and a brain scan. Good luck to you, and please be safe!

Avatar n tn I have been a pediatric dental assistant for over 8 years. we sedate 3-4 patients a day in our office(between 3 doctors). We use two medications to sedate our little ones. Chloral Hydrate and Vistaril is what we use. Age 1 to 10 years old. These medications are concious sedation meds. They have a very high index of safety because it is done based on a range of weights. Making it hard to over sed. Unless you just don't go by the guidelines.
