I don't work but my husband gets paternity leave and he gets 2 wks at 80% of his normal salary! So that's not to bad for a guy were in Houston TX but I think here it matters who u work for cause my last pregnancy I worked until 37 wks I had her at 38 wks and I just never went back I wasn't offered maternity leave but they never told me when to come back cause I always knew I wouldn't work after I had kids!
Anyway theres a 30 day waiting period with no pay then you get 50% of last years salary but its only for 4-6 weeks (which is included in the 30 days of no pay). So technically i will get my benefits for only two weeks at the most. Im just upset. How can they or anyone expect a mother to return to work after 4-6 weeks of giving birth to her child?! My employer will allow longer but obviously without pay. Two weeks at the most at 50% salary? And then the rest $0?

After the month I was symptom free. No headaches, great energy, and the muscle aches have subsided. I've been maintaining the proper diet, sleep, walking and moderation on alcohol. The nutritionist suspected that I was using alcohol and pain releif in excess.

He is not able to continue work due to his bipolar. He has been receiving his commission. He makes no salary. He is planning on quiting 2-25-2016. He has made over 8500.00 in 2.5 months. They have told him he will start getting his checks April for the month of March. They want to see his pay stubs. Do you think he will still get SSDI??
If you did pursue a divorce, you will most likely stll get the benefit of depending on his salary in the form of alimony (support for you) and child support (for the kids). They are two separate financial obligations that he is legally bound to make.
I am not one to recommend divorce, so that's not the route I'm suggesting you take. I just wanted to point out that if your circumstances led to divorce, you have the potential, with the right divorce lawyer, to still depend on his salary.
I am working fortunately but I want to transfer to other company which could offer a high salary but it is rally hard and somehow i am still devastated about my situation.hmmm..so unfair..

Thanks I heard that I just wondered how it affected pregnancy. My doctors office basically called me and told me I was diabetic this time I was hypoglycemic and that they would keep a close eye on me but didn't say anything else so I just wondered. And the last thing I want to do is google anything cuz its always worse case.

It seems to go beyond normal, the part of feigning to be sick to get you to do what she wants. My brother is in his sixties now and still hardly eats anything, and my parents let him get away with it because he had a tremendous temper and it was just easier that way. Kids figure out what they can get away with. But as her way of getting what she wants is getting out of your control, it might be time to pursue some counseling whether professionally or in-family.
Im 511" i used to weigh 175 now that im hiv positive I find it difficult to surpass 160 witch is my current weight. I want to look good as well as feel good, what's the best way to do so. ask your Dr if you can see ask nutritionist they can give you good info on what foods to stay away and which to eat.
I do go to a nutritionist every 2 to 3 weeks. And I go for weight checkups. I was told by my nutritionist, people who eat slower tend to have are high metabolism and be underweight. I am at a regular weight but I was underweight as a child. I also ear very slow. My baby boy is healthy and is big for 23 weeks.
