Its been a tough couple of years in particular but with exercising and now seeing a nutritionist I'm slowly starting to feel better and more centered. Sorting out my sleeping patterns with melatonin supplements and other supplements to soak up the cortisol has also really helped. I've been feeling really stressed of late with the change to another job, but I can see over time I am actually starting to feel better. Thank Goodness.
