Okay, just for something different, let's play a little game!! We will keep the game going for as long as you want.
We will start with the letter "A" and work our way through the alphabet, with a different letter every few days, naming as many veggies as we can. When you pick your veggie, try to explain why it's "good" for you (i.e low calorie, high in vitamins/fiber, etc), what drawbacks there might to it (i.e. high carbs/starchy), etc.
