Food can't help 'burn' calories, only exercise can. However, low calorie, high nutrient foods can keep you full and still on track with your goals. Healthy carbs like grapefruit, bananas, apples, whole grain pastas, and lots of veggies are always good. Healthy fats such as avocados, olives, low fat milks, low moisture cheeses are great.
