Avatar m tn What's your opinion about HONEY? And how often do you recommend for honey intake every day? Are we go to diabete with a more intake of honey?
Avatar f tn That's a starvation diet that has no nutritional value whatsoever. It makes no sense and I'd never condone it.
Avatar f tn but I was asking about the value for AB after the vaccination that they took after birth..is this value good or considered very low?
Avatar f tn I was wondering at what to put the nutritional value of food over the amount of calories they contain. For example, I regulate my calories fairly closely and usually am always well under the daily recommended amount, but there are some days that I feel like I am hungry all day. As a general rule, I enjoy eating raw mixed nuts as a snack, but they tend to be high in calories.
Avatar n tn Hi, I don't really know the answer but if you are getting reduced white-blood-cell counts, then I'd especially want to avoid any food with possible bacteria. Maybe Mocha can say more. Also, since a few patients get heart damage, I'd look into possibly using melatonin and Co-Q10 (OTC supplements) to try and prevent that. I'm not a big fan of alternative treatments for cancer, but I think that a few things do have value.
787406 tn?1339203183 sweet (literally) i'm trying to fix my problem too... probably pear juice is working for you because it's super high in fructose, fact the top two fruits with fructose is apples and pears..which a normal person if they drink high amounts of fructose (without sucrose..table sugar) your body usually can only handle about 80 grams before it causes diarrhea issues..
1544053 tn?1328691992 Many fresh fruits and vegetables are wonderful for dogs. Vegetables such as broccoli, green beans, peas, spinach, zucchini, string beans, corn, carrots, etc are excellent. Avoid avacodoes and remember fruits are sugary and in excess can lead to diarrhea.
8793709 tn?1409594060 I do the same as you, except that when hubby gets home I turn the stove back on to reheat it instead of microwave. I believe that even if it loses a little bit of the nutritional value, it's still healthier and cheaper than ordering or eating out.
325405 tn?1262290178 I think if you freeze it, you would take away from the nutritional value. You could get the same nutritional value from eating bean sprouts on a salad. Would be easier for you.
1417802 tn?1282173063 Sorry to hear about your treatment not being effective.are you going to be treating again with the new DAA"s that are going to be coming out soon? There are many elixir"s and supplements people are taking for nutritional value and some it seems have value in regards to keeping liver counts (enzyme )readings lower. If the Hepa feels their is no harm ,and markers don"t rise..then yes nothing to lose Keep us informed and good luck.. Will.
Avatar m tn I am curious if I am still getting the same nutritional value from the uncooked oats as if I were cooking them?
8102917 tn?1402457914 I've been using a honey and brown sugar scrub on my face at night and in the morning and my skin is back beautiful and completely cleared up. Its just honey out of the glass jar with the little piece of honeycomb in it and great value brand brown sugar and I mix the two to create a scrub. Here's what I do: 1. Wet a clean washcloth with steamy hot water (as hot as you can handle wothout it burning) lay that over my face and press on it with my hands 2.

Avatar m tn As long as he is steadily growing, no matter how slowly, is what matters. Try feeding him food of high nutritional value so he gets as much protein and calories as he needs. For example, having a protein source each meal --- meat / fish or cheese or yogurt; with a carbohydrate --- bread, pasta, rice, cereal; and a fat ---- pat of butter or mayonnaise if you made a sandwich. Good protein sources are meats, chicken, fish, beef, pork, etc.

7489014 tn?1429908568 Spicy is good but Cheetos are kind of like processed junk food. :>) I would try to limit that and go for more healthy options or something with more nutritional value for you and baby. Doesn't mean you can't have some spicy hot Cheetos from time to time though.

Avatar f tn The fresher the fruits and vegetables, the better nutritional value. If your mother is concerned, suggest going to your MD and getting your blood tested. It will indicate if any nutrient, vitamin or mineral is deficient or not. Thank you for your question.
