Maybe some celery and carrot sticks with baba ghanoush, or hommus. That would provide some good nutrition and hopefully reduce your reaction to the smells. Otherwise, something I've used if you can't snack much is breath mints (or an appropriate substitute).

Avatar n tn Kitten food, to my understanding has more nutrition. Kittens need calories and nutrition to stay active and healthy. Some brands don't even add by-products to their kitten foods specifically. She is getting good food, don't worry about it. You had her spayed so she'll eventually gain weight unless she gets severely ill (God forbidds). I really think you're on the right track here. You're doing what you're supposed to be doing.

They might be able to give you tips and will probable check you for an infection. Also try swishing coconut oil for 10-20 min a day and rinse with warm water. It eases gum pain and helps you heal. It's grainy when you start but warms up. Try working yourself from 1tsp up to a whole tablespoon full at a time.

Like my doctor told me, babies are resilient. My daughter pulled everything from me to grow and thrive. Although I was sick, she was just fine. I'm 25 weeks and 1 day now; still on 3 prescriptions to stop the nausea and vomiting (including a Zofran pump in my stomach 24 hours a day) and my daughter is doing great!

I simply did not feel like eating, so I listened to my body and I did not eat...I drank water, I did everything else right. As our counselor said...I am no doctor. Vitamins are very hard on your stomach...especially coming off methadone because you lack proper gut function. Nutrition is of equal importance.
