Avatar n tn s DHA Oil,Vit E oil, Vit B6, probiotic powder, and a little bit of protein powder, mixed with a few frozen strawberries, a few slices of banana and a 2 oz orange juice. I make this smoothie in the morning, use half of it to make 2 popsicles and split the rest between my two kids. They drink the smoothie in the morning, and eat the popsicle after school. The Udo's oil has helped reduce their cravings for junk and sweets, and actually increased their appetite for vegetables too.

Avatar n tn Yeah, a lot of people don't realize just how common of an allergy the strawberry is. I can't eat them either. I don't get a super serious reaction, but the reaction is enough that I know not to mess with them, especially since my old man is allergic and even gets hives on occasion. I get a sore irritated throat, which is definitely sensitive enough to be paying attention to. I used to eat a lot of the strawberries which my parents grew themselves.

Make your own smoothies, with bananas and strawberries add milk over crushed ice, cheese is good and there are string cheeses kids like to eat., pasta is another good one for them, mac and cheese., most love chicken nuggetts and cereals .
7677085 tn?1395374075 Watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew hydrate you. Kiwi is good for you. Citrus fruits are all good for vitamin c. Strawberries are also a good source of vitamin c I believe. Ummm. Fruit in general is good for you & baby. But no fruit gives you protein. Try, drinking nutrition shakes that have protein like EnSure. My doctor recommended I drink one a day when I couldn't keep anything down.

Eating higher "volume" foods tends to lower the total number of calories per gram (similar concept to energy density), and therefore you are more full with fewer calories.
