I make this smoothie in the morning, use half of it to make 2 popsicles and split the rest between my two kids. They drink the smoothie in the morning, and eat the popsicle after school. The Udo's oil has helped reduce their cravings for junk and sweets, and actually increased their appetite for vegetables too.

Even if you can't do it regularly, try to at least go for a jog around your block once or twice a week or do workout videos (like the well-known P90X videos) that are quick to whip you into shape at home. As for meal plans, combining complex carbs and protein is your best bet for gaining muscle.

There was "na na" and "Sha-Sha", and "Sweetpea". Oh, and there was a girl allegedly named "bling-bling". All with streetnames. And gussied up falsified certificates that made them aides. Falsified? Yup. The norm in my area.

Avatar f tn Hi, I am in my 6th week and have been taking the nutrition supplement milk prescribed by my doctor. The smell and the after taste just makes me want to puke . I feel all gassy the whole day too. Does anybody feel the same? I take a banana immediately after drinking the supplement to suppress the vomiting tendency.

Avatar m tn Keeping up with good nutrition and exercise helps. Attitude means everything. I found that by keeping a daily diary of how I felt after chemo and adjusting the drugs I was given to prevent side effects was a definite help.

Avatar f tn I'm only going to have her for a few days and where she's not had proper nutrition, I'm trying to get some good calories in her that her stomach won't reject with solid foods. I will try to get her to eat more solid foods but from experience in my own childhood, when you're not used to a lot of food, you can't just eat all that suddenly. It makes you sick and you can vomit or have digestion/bowel issues.

Avatar f tn When my appetite was gone, the ladies from work just kept bringing me all kinds of stuff. I found that breads were easy to eat....like zuchinni bread and banana breads. I hated both before I got sick, but liked them following my surgery and through chemo. Is she drinking enough? I suggest cranberry juice if she can tolerate it. I feel it helped me through chemo. Good luck. I hope she feels better soon.
