Should I start taking these every other day? Or maybe once/ twice a week instead of everyday? or not at all? THANKS!

Avatar f tn But am confused about the nutrition fact they write in the box of food (rice for example) they say nutrition facts for 100 g but is it like 100g of boiled rice or the uncooked product ? I guess there's a difference because when you use dry product you need for example two cups but if you use cooked rice you may need a cup ... Since it sucked water and its heavier so .. Any thoughts or maybe am dumb lol ! Thank you .

Avatar m tn There are different types of anemia and having low iron is one type of anemia called Iron deficiency anemia. You stated that you had Vitamin B12 shots at one times due to levels had been very low. Pernicious anemia is a Vitamin B12 deficiency and blood tests can show high iron. I suggest you have your MD do an iron profile blood work with Vitamin B12 to see if you have an anemia and which type. As for potassium, I recommend you increase potassium daily in your diet.

Exercise, even if it's just getting up and dancing or going for a good walk. Rest when you need to. Listen to your body. Distraction when the anxiety is creeping in - turn on some music, call a friend and talk it out, get up and go walk. But most importantly is retraining your brain. "This is just anxiety. It's no fun, but it's not going to hurt me.

There's no daily requirement for quercitin on the label, but that's one of the best thing about apples. Also realize that juice has a lot more sugar in it even if none is added than eating an apple.

Avatar n tn You just need a balanced diet like the old days with lots of vegetables, lean protein and fruit. Eat little sugar. Substitute water for all those high-sugar drinks everybody downs in huge quantities. Be aware beer and liquor has calories. You can't just opt out from a healthy diet and eat a single food source like a protein bar or something. Balance, variety, lots of color, home-cooked, not processed and packaged.

Yogurt can help for dairy nutrition, but so can fruits and veggies, My suggestion is to not eat junk food, that will help, but you need food to survive. Just healthy food. I was hoping to find something where I can enter what I'm eating and have it tell me if I am meeting my protein and vitamin requirements. (of course I am taking a PNV also) Does anyone know if this exists? Even if it's computer/internet based and not an app?
