Avatar f tn Hey gokuangel, most health food stores carry that PB! I get it from Trader Joe's or Fairway, but Whole Foods and any other type of chain healthy grocery store should have it! I get the low sodium version (tastes exactly the same as the regular) and theres also a Chocolate Peanut Butter variety! It doesnt taste incredibly different from the regular one since it's sweeter than your average PB to begin with, but it's very good.

My diet changed drastically on treatment. I generally do a no sugar, high on veggies, lots of fat, lots of soy, lots of fish, chicken, meat, cheese, kind of diet. Really spicy food. During treatment, I ate ice cream and drank milk to the exclusion of any other food pretty much. It was all I could keep down, and I couldnt stand spicy food.

If you don't like beef, chicken or turkey, what about fish? It's very good for you and high in protein.
