I guess there's a difference because when you use dry product you need for example two cups but if you use cooked rice you may need a cup ... Since it sucked water and its heavier so .. Any thoughts or maybe am dumb lol ! Thank you .

And if sulfur burps are accompanied with diarrhea and nausea, this could indicate an infection and he should see his doctor. As I said take a close look at his diet, meds alone will not take care of it if he continues to eat what triggers the GERD issues this can continue to get worse... He should see His Dr ....how long has he been on the meds?

Exercise, even if it's just getting up and dancing or going for a good walk. Rest when you need to. Listen to your body. There was a period of roughly 2-3 months where I hadn't had eaten any eggs and one day I had breakfast made for me. Scrambled eggs, my favorite, but within 10 minutes of eating it I had this servere stomache pain. I just asuumed the eggs were old or my husband didn't cook it for long enough. I had scrambled eggs again a few months later and the same thing happened.

Tbd I have never used Medifast personally, but a quick glance at their nutrition facts, and I would say if you are struggling with high cholesterol, I wouldn't go that route. Any pre-packaged items/shakes like that tend to be high in sodium and cholesterol- two things you want to stay away from. As with any diet- I'd ask your doctor before you start any plan to make sure it's right for you. I know losing weight can be tough!

They're not quite as fluffy but my pancakes are still pretty awesome: 1C self rising flour, 1C milk, 1 egg replacer, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 C berries. For lunches and dinners: Pizza- homemade dough and lots of veggies, very easy to make vegetarian. Do you eat tofu?
