I just keep a
spreadsheet on my computer so I can put in details. I haven't looked at the pain tracker on here, it might be just as good or better. I have a spreadsheet for each major symptom...headache, vertigo, neck pain, etc. I list dates, times, pain scale 1-10, what happened before (possible trigger), and what made it better (if anything). Patterns do emerge...I realized I actually underestimate how often I am in pain.
