1752720 tn?1322231098 Why can't I find an actual nutrition tracker for iPhone? There are about a 1000 weight loss trackers, but I can't seem to find anything specific for pregnancy. I was hoping to find something where I can enter what I'm eating and have it tell me if I am meeting my protein and vitamin requirements. (of course I am taking a PNV also) Does anyone know if this exists? Even if it's computer/internet based and not an app?
Avatar f tn Using MSWorks created a spreadsheet to automate the estimating calculating operation rather than long paper form and a calculator Also created line or bar graphs for visual comparison. If I ever get a OCD bug to try and create one or more modifiable templates with formulas for HCV, treatment or related before I can find one. Much harder, have a way to take raw bluebutton medical test data and auto import into a spreadsheet/data base would be a miracle.
Avatar f tn BMI is a useful way to determine a healthy weight. You can find a BMI calculator and other tools for determining a healthy weight on the CDC or NIH web sits. But healthy weight is only part of recovery, as I'm sure you know. I hope you're working on the other aspects, from good nutrition to the mental side of EDs and monitoring for anorexia sequalae.
Avatar m tn Increase your daily caloric intake by 500 calories or more over your maintenance calories. Talk with a personal trainer or use the free online calculator to find your personal maintenance caloric intake, then add 500 or more to that total. Avatar f tn I just keep a spreadsheet on my computer so I can put in details. I haven't looked at the pain tracker on here, it might be just as good or better. I have a spreadsheet for each major symptom...headache, vertigo, neck pain, etc. I list dates, times, pain scale 1-10, what happened before (possible trigger), and what made it better (if anything). Patterns do emerge...I realized I actually underestimate how often I am in pain.
1711722 tn?1356487554 I found info explaining what everything meant but I really only want a spreadsheet with the ranges, so I can compare each month at a glance. Here is one that I found but hope there is a better one out there, because it seems we have so many more numbers to deal with: http://www.hepatitis.va.gov/pdf/treatment-tracking-chart.pdf Thanks in advance for any help. Enjoy your weekend everyone.
147426 tn?1317265632 I desperately need someone to take our two threads on who is diagnosed and who languishes in limboland and put them into a simple spreadsheet. I would be happy if just the names got listed, though the other info would be nice, too. We have soo many people now, over 250, and many of you are still active. I feel like a dunce when someone I know asks a question and I can't remember if they got a diagnosis or not.
Avatar f tn Map out your meals, snacks and workout nutrition for the week a grid or spreadsheet works well. As you eat your planned meal or snack, put a big X over it on your menu map. If you skip a meal or eat something not on your plan, circle the meal. You can also use free online eating tracker tools like MyPlate that make it easy and foolproof to plan and track your meals and calories. MyPlate will calculate and tell you how many calories you need per day to reach your fitness goals.

Avatar f tn I was wondering if i should go see a nutritionist to make sure me and the baby are getting adequate nutrition. I have always been a small 110lb and no matter what i eat i never gain any weight. Has anyone gone to see one and was it worth it? Did it make a difference?
2104275 tn?1333736373 I have Gastroparesis, what is the best liquid way to get the nutrition I need?
5235065 tn?1369072032 I felt like that too people kept teeling me to eat crackes . . Did not work .
417564 tn?1287982827 I stopped getting proper nutrition but kept up with the massive amounts of vitamins. I used supplements...but it would really take alot. I simply did not feel like eating, so I listened to my body and I did not eat...I drank water, I did everything else right. As our counselor said...I am no doctor. Vitamins are very hard on your stomach...especially coming off methadone because you lack proper gut function. Nutrition is of equal importance.
