Avatar f tn Take the number of calories you should be eating to maintain your weight using a calculator such as that provided by the site Free Dieting. Next, determine your weight-loss goal. A pound of fat requires a weekly caloric deficit of approximately 3500 calories. Using a traditional diet plan, this means eating about 500 fewer calories per day. Using calorie cycling, you will stagger the deficit across seven days, with some days having a higher caloric deficit than others.
973741 tn?1342342773 Unless you have a background in biostatistics/ nutritional epidemiology, its probably best to let absolute experts in this field interpret nutrition studies instead of a lot of the grifters online with no experience. For me, it took a few years to fully change from an unhealthy teenage diet to the one I am eating now. Think about it not as a rapid dietary change but as "migrating" to a new lifestyle.
Avatar f tn Type in "chinese moon age calculator gender chart". Women do it wrong bc chinese dont count age like we do. They count their age by the phases of the moon. Typing that into google will pull up a website where you calculate your moon age based off your birthday and then tell you the proper prediction.

Avatar f tn PHASE 2 IS ON THE HCG DIET. I CAN'T USE CRYSTAL LIGHT OR ANY OF SUGAR FREE DRINKS SO I WAS THINKING SINCE IT HAS NO ARTIFICAL SWEETENERS I COULD SWEETEN IT WITH STEVIA, BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT PHASE 2 OR THE HCG DIET IS THEN THIS REALLY WOULDN'T HELP. THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT THOUGH.
1527009 tn?1329854525 You can use the online calculator if you pair it with another way. I used the online calculator and CM. It was usually very accurate for me. I couldnt do BBT because of my work schedule. I worked swings and graveyards. When doing BBT you have to take your temp at the same time every day. Good luck TTC.
2000931 tn?1401563007 I am still planning to be on the forum after five years of OMS program in Sept 2016 with either a pie and beer in hand or a delicious gluten free, vegan plus seafood treat. It all depends on whether I can still walk. I hope I'm not being too pessimistic here but with my symptoms and progress I am fairly confident that I was ' lucky' enough to draw the PPMS strain. Nothing can be officially diagnosed until my 12month anniversary in August.
Avatar f tn Luckily many grocery stores around me carry gluten free foods and there is a strict gluten free/dairy free/vegan bakery close by if I get a sweet tooth.
Avatar f tn There are numerous BMI calculators available online that are very easy to use... all you have to do is enter the information required and the calculator gives you an answer. It's hard for us to say what your BMI "should" be since we don't know what your height or weight is or what you started out at. Here's a calculator on the NIH site: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.
Avatar m tn Thanks for commenting. I feel sorta priviledged to get responses from you guys, it's like talking with celebrities lol. I've read lots of posts from so many of you like micheletx, taperme, vicki, etc. All you guys are really heros and give me hope. I'm feeling quite good actually. I went on an online hour duration calculator and it's been 2 days, 12 hours, 17 minutes which is about 60 hours since my last two pills.
Avatar f tn My last period was June 30th 2013. I had unprotected sex (withdrawl) July 13th with someone...July 21st I had sex with an ex and he finished in me. I took 2 positive pregnancy tests...I am not sure who the father is. I have not had an ultrasound yet. My period has always been irregular so I can't really count out cycle days. Online there is a conception calculator but I am not sure if this is too reliable. HELPPP?!

Avatar f tn An ultrasound looking at your actual embryo, with a doctor reading the results, is more accurate than an online calculator based on your last period, especially if your cycles are irregular. What due date did the doctor who read your ultrasound tell you?
