Unfortunately there's no consensus on what's best to eat, and everyone is different. I'd read a bunch of books on nutrition, divide by two, and see if I felt good. It takes a lot of experimentation to see what suits a particular individual.
I would strongly suggest reading the books I mentioned. Reading these books should help you better understand endo and that there are many autoimmune disorders that often accompany it.
I was wondering if i should go see a nutritionist to make sure me and the baby are getting adequate nutrition. I have always been a small 110lb and no matter what i eat i never gain any weight. Has anyone gone to see one and was it worth it? Did it make a difference?
I stopped getting proper nutrition but kept up with the massive amounts of vitamins. I used supplements...but it would really take alot. I simply did not feel like eating, so I listened to my body and I did not eat...I drank water, I did everything else right. As our counselor said...I am no doctor.
Vitamins are very hard on your stomach...especially coming off methadone because you lack proper gut function.
Nutrition is of equal importance.
anyways she drinks plenty of milk and takes her vitimins,,how concerned should I be her only veg is iceberg lettuce or corn I tryd to explain both of those have little to no nutritional value...
