t think you necessarily have to worry about cutting off your eating at a specific time every day, or
not eating X amount of hours before bed. I go
to bed really late most nights and if I cut my
eating off at 7, I'd be starving the rest of the night (most nights I eat dinner later than 7) If you're going to be counting calories, just make sure you don't exceed your daily limit. However you choose to space them out throughout the day won't have any effect of your weight loss.
