Avatar m tn Yes, that's most likely why. If you're not hungry, you must force yourself to eat something. Good nutrition and exercise are very important in controlling anxiety. Also, do you drink any of those sugary caffeine drinks? That is the worst thing you could do if you are. I say this because I know alot of kids drink those these days. Very very bad for anxiety. I want you to eat some lunch right now. If you're not very hungry then eat some fruit or some soup....something light.
Avatar f tn m 5 weeks I have been doing 15-20 mins cardio a day and eating very well. I have not had any morning sickness or any pregnancy symptoms. So no throwing up lol.
Avatar m tn how's your diet? are you eating enough? or are you eating too much? remember, to lose 1 pound, you must have a 3500 calorie deficit. divide that over the course of a week and it's like eliminating 500 calories from your total intake each day. so whether the 500 is made up of all exercise or food or a combination of both, you have to make sure there is that deficit. otherwise, even if you exercised for hours a day and then eat like crazy, that won't do you any good.

I haven't had but maybe one sugary or fatty snack in over a month. This is a typical day for me: Breakfast: 2 egg whites or 1 boiled egg, pear/apple, coffee or water Lunch: 2-3 small cucumbers Garden salad with 2-3 Tbs.

Avatar f tn I'm 5'5, 15 years old and tryimg to lose 15 pounds. A year ago i lost about 25 pounds and put 5 pounds back on before i reached my goal weight. Now i'm eating about 800-1300 calories daily depending on how hungry i get. I try to exercise 6-7 days a week for 1 hr to 90 minutes. I try to switch from interval training to normal cardio and weights. Im following the "pop star diet" which includes mostly greens and lean proteins.
Avatar f tn m eating anything and everything I crave and only have normal playing with an 11 month old kind of exercise and I'm losing weight but gaining a small belly and boobs. I feel like it's just my body giving everything to the baby but if I can't find anyone to get me an appt. In the next few days/week I'll most likely just go to the hospital.

Avatar m tn I believe moderate (not intense) morning exercise should contribute to good cardiovascular health. As for the spine, perhaps morning would require a little more attention to a warm-up period, say a few minutes of stretching and slow walking before the bicycle or fast walking. That's how I see it.
172023 tn?1334672284 The purpose of exercise should NOT be about losing weight. Its essential to our bodies that we exercise to maintain our cardiovascular health, first and foremost. There are other reasons to exercise, great reasons, but simply to exercise thinking "Oh, I'll lose weight" should be erased from your mind. Do it to feel better, not to get into a smaller size pair of jeans.

Avatar m tn i have a dog under a vets care - he is on vacation. she has cancer - just diagnoced, 3-4 weeks ago, tumor on her upper right leg. she was on Deramaxx for pain and Mirtazapine for appetite, but for the last 2 days - is NOT eating anything, and can't keep anything we force down... She's lost appetite since she was put out for her exray, 3 weeks ago, but the last two days - she's not eaten or drank anything. SHe is so weak, she can't even walk this morning.
