I'm 27 weeks pregnant and my private part seems to be really swollen and itchy with discharge ... I asked my doctor if it was normal she said yes. BUT I don't want to be mean and tell her that to me it's not normal what do I doo???
Since my last period, I have not had any spotting and little to no vaginal discharge. Today I noticed a lot, like a good size creamy white puddle in my underwear. Again, I apologize for the tmi. Does anyone know if this is normal? I thought maybe it was a result of all the hormonal changes or something... Any words of advice?

okay so i'm only twelve. and i get a vaginal discharge which i know is normal. but i thought it was supposed to be monthly? i get only a little barely any daily but sometimes i get it more than other days, whether i'm close to my period or not. at first i thought it was a yeast infection, but i only had this symptom. i dont feel anything uncomfortable, but sometimes i can feel it leak. i dont know whether or not to tell my mom, if its nothing abnormal then i dont want to say anything.

I am currently 18 years old and I have had vaginal discharge since forever, even before I started my period, I know that discharge is normal, I had the normal clear occasional discharge, it then gradually turned into a more white/mucus like discharge, which I have also heard is normal. I dont know if this change has to do with me starting on birth control when I was 15ish or not.
Who told you green/yellow discharge was normal? Whitish/yellow is normal, whitish/clear is normal; even yellow is normal, but green/yellow is a prominent indicator of a chronic bacterial infection, a foul odor further indicates bacteria. You need to see your doctor or gynecologist for evaluation and anti-biotics.
Hi i've had a discharge from my vaginal area for 12 years. It started when i was 13, right when i began my menstrual cycle. Sometimes it a creamy white, yellowish discharge and at time it has an odor and sometimes not. And other times it has a cottage cheese look to it. I'm 24 and have had a myomectomy for fibriods. I do not have health insurance and this a serious issue for me. Is this going to affect my child birth options.
Vaginal discharge will vary in the amount you get and having a lot of it can be normal depending on where you are in your cycle or if you are pregnant. Peeing a lot can be from pregnancy, diabetes, or another problem. Are you pregnant? If you are, then peeing often is normal and you can expect it to be this way for quite a while. If you're not pregnant, you may want to be tested for diabetes.
I had intercourse after about a year and two days later started having a vaginal discharge that felt normal. The area around the entrance of my vagina is tender, but it could be bruising as his penis was really big. What worries me is that the discharge has an unnatural odor even though it is clear or very pale yellow. the area around my vagina is still tender with a slight burning sensation when i urinate and it is now 5 days later.

If you were my patient, I would test you for STIs and also for yeast and bacterial vaginosis. Often physiologic or "normal" discharge is whitish and increases in amount and gets "thicker" right before the period--so you may be just having "normal" discharge. I would go by what the tests showed, but would guess that it is nothing too serious.
