no period micronor

(I only get my period like 3 times a year because of the Micronor) I accidentaly purchased scented pads, and as a result of those, my lips have been very swollen and red. They are very irritated. I thought I had an allergic reaction to the pads, but the swelling went away, and today I woke up with the largest burning sensation ever. It hurts to go to the bathroom, and walk. I am drinking cranberry juice and I put in a VCF (vaginal contraceptive film) after my shower to kind of clean up things.

I took the micronor and had no problem with it. I didn't get a period on it, but I never got a period until I stopped breastfeeding after a year anyway, so for me it was the breastfeeding. My step sister was breast feeding AND on the micronor, and found out she was pregnant 2 months after her daughter was born. It has a failure rate slightly higher than the regular pill so you may want to try something like the Paraguard that was mentioned.

So 2 months ago i started taking micronor, didnt have any issues, my bf and i abstained the whole month to be on the safe side and my period came around right on the dot as to my period calendar and it was sooo light to what i was used to it was like it was barely there. Okay so now that was about 2 weeks ago my last period.

I am on the birth control micronor and i am still breastfeeding my 13 month old son, I have not gotten my periods back yet. My doctor is running a pregnancy test, but i have not had sex! Is this normal? thanks for any information!

Hello! I recently switched from combination pills to the mini-pill because it was what the free clinic had on hand. I've been taking Ortho Micronor (POP pill) during the whole month and I've noticed some changes in my cycle. For example, while taking the combination pill, my period always arrived spot on and only lasted for 4 days. I started the mini-pill on the last day of my past period as my doctor told me to do so.

My last period was June 26. I started spotting brown and light pink on July 24. I spotted for 4 days. My period was supposed to come July 26 but never came. The week before my missed period I had some cramps and sore breast but it was different than the normal. It has been two weeks since and I have taken several HPTs and all came out negative. Ever since I quit spotting I have been feeling really queasy if i don't eat anything when I first get up in the morning.

I started my period 29 March then came off 3 April to start my new pill Micronor the mini pill and now it is 16 may so i don't know weather i'm late or is it just the pill adjusting to my system i did have sex within the 5 day's i was on the pill but before i started my new pill i just finished my other pill called mercilon i did have a bleed between the week i started the new pill my niples started to iratate me now and i'm always tired and i can't eat properly could there

Iv been having a period for 3 months straight now and its really getting me down. Its heavy a lot of the time but does die down for a couple of days or so. Iv also been feeling really ill; being tired, lack of energy, lack of appetite, feeling cold when everyones hot. Iv had Thyroid test which is normal and a FBC count which is also normal. Anyone help?!

How long should i wait before starting to have sexual intercourse?

Hi there. I started Lupron with the "add back" (Micronor & Estrace) about a month ago. I have been bleeding through about 3 weeks of the month. I also have a Mirena IUD, which hasn't stopped my period, although it has slowed it down. Did anyone else experience this on Lupron? I feel with the IUD plus Micronor (which is another BCP) I should not be bleeding at all anymore. Also feeling pretty low dips in my mood as of that last two weeks.

you can go on micronor it is the mini-pill and is compatible with breastfeeding. it has progestrone only, so it won't effect how much milk you have1 stay away from anythign with estrogen in it as that will effect how much milk you have i was on the mini-pill after my first and second child with my second I ended up having to change BC to a regular pill and my milk dried up and I had to stop breastfeeding!

This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure how anything works. I want to hopefully breastfeed for at least the first six month when the baby comes. I have read that you don't get ur period when you breastfeed, but i'm not sure what that is all about. So I decided not to get the Mirena...with all of my headache problems, my neurologist said it was a bad idea to do...because it can cause/increase headaches. So my OB and I decided to try the mini-pill Micronor because it's the least likely to increase or exacerbate headaches. My question is...has anyone taken this? How did you like it? What were your side effects? the big one...how much did it cost before insurance?

I have been taking the Micronor Mini Pill for 13days, I have just realised I have forgotten the last 3 days of pills and in those 3 days we have had sex twice and my partner did nto withdraw, I have checked my ovulation calendar and the two days we had sex and I had forgotten my pill happened to be my Fertile days, whats the liklihood of me being pregnant?, I have started taking the Pill again but if I am pregnant will this pill harm the baby as it will not show up on a test just yet will it?

I'm taking Micronor (the progestrone-only pill that is often prescribed to breastfeeding moms) and I know that it says if you take a pill late or miss one you only have to use extra protection for 48 hours after the last missed/late pill to be protected..but I'm kinda in the same boat actually. I usually get my period around the 18th-20th something every month. But beginning March 31st I started taking Camilia Tablet birth control instead of my normal Micronor pills.I had prom on April 21st, so I tried taking vitamin C and took my pills at random times from saturday April 14th til about April 19th, when I started taking them regularly again for when I went home for prom. Set it out, walked out here this morning and noticed it was there. Yikes. I was on my period at the time, and DH and I had sex yesterday (CD 5) the day after my period ended.....I usually ovulate somewhere between CD 12-CD15....I'm pretty sure there's very little risk of pregnancy, but I just need some reassurance. lol.

I've been on micronor for about 2 months and I've noticed a quite severe increase in facial hair on my chin. I'm 18 and this is really upsetting me! Questions: Might this settle down and go away after longer usage of this pill? If I stop the pill, will the facial hair go away or will it stay at this level for the rest of my life.

t use the pill anymore due to miigraines. I then had issues with my period so they put me on a pop pill called micronor to help with the bleeding. 6 days into taking the pill also we had intercourse (end of June this year) and we didn't use condom but he didn't finish in me. I know the pill takes about 7 days to take affect but my implant had been in a while then? Anyway since then we have abstained due to my ill health and anxiety.

I haven't had my first AF after having DS no. 2 yet - but I'm breastfeeding, so that's why. I'm on Micronor (mini pill) and I guess I'm supposed to have periods with it but haven't been taking it long enough to have had one yet. With DS no. 1, my first period came once I stopped breastfeeding at 6 months post-partum - I got it within the month of stopping and it was just as regular as it was prior to being pregnant. I second what Ivy said. I'm on Micronor, too because I'm still BFing. I haven't had any side effects on it....no weight gain or even nausea. We use it in combination with condoms - it's got a higher fail rate than the regular combination pills (like Ivy mentioned, you're supposed to take it at the SAME TIME every day) so we're not taking any chances. I haven't actually started AF again yet but I could O at any time...you never know!

I always gain extreme amount of weight while on these suckers!. Last but not least ; I have no sex life to begin with. I see no usage for me to be on these things? but family gp swears that this might help with my bleeding problem. My question is i usually have a very low sex drive to begin with? since i've been on micronor? i cant stop thinking about sex? IS that normal for any of you ladies any of my weridddddddd side effects that i've been enduring?
