Plan on eating around 2000 calories of the stuff daily. Would it be healthy eating this everyday? I do plan on eating other things like snacks and so on with water. Some details incase needed. Avatar n tn I make a protein shake at 6 a.m. With whole milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter. About 11a.m. I eat some fruit, at two I take my second dose and usually eat a sandwich. When I come home from work I eat dinner but not to much because at ten I take my last dose with some ice cream, Klondike bar or stouffers French bread supreme pizza 21 grams of fat, pretty easy to eat. Avcados are good most nuts are high in fat. Just try to eat about five smaller meals.
Avatar n tn t find a similarity these are all separate meals that have caused them, chicken strips and fries, scrambled eggs, milk shake, sweet and our sauce with white rice, turkey burger on bun, it seems everything she eats causes it. I was wondering if any suggestions, sadly shes currently unemployed and cannot afford proper medical care to see a doctor.

Avatar n tn Eat lots and lots of high calorie food such as nuts, cheese, legumes, milk, meat. If for some reason you have trouble eating try a meal replacement drink or milk shake. I drink about about 2 a day and it's really helped to add some pounds. Also weight trainig might be something to think about to help you put on muscle mass. If you choose to do this I recomend finding a trainer rather then doing it on your own.

Avatar n tn Strange thing is i have no heartburn or chest pain. In mornings i have 1-2 cups of coffee. Hour later small carton of milk with pastry. 15 minutes later i'm burbing mouthfulls of clear black coffee. Where'd milk go? Go to an early matenee movie. Popcorn (too much) Go home eat light dinner. meat,veg,starch. hour later belching huge mouthfulls of popcorn this happens every morning and evening no what i eat it seems.

I have also at times drank 6 protein shakes a day to get cut more and just eaten some fruit with each to supplement my diet . Try muscle milk.

Avatar f tn t eat sweetcorn so its not that, and has cut all fatty junk food out of his diet (as before that always ate junk food) over the past 3 days. So basically his diet over 3 days is banana,protein shake,toast/bagels, ham, apple, eggs(no yolk) wheatabix with milk, coffee or tea, water. And running and basic weights at the gym. he doesn't like going to the doctors so any help would be appreciated.

Avatar f tn Because you will end up feelings uncomfortable. Eat Quest Bar with banana milk shake (high in protein and healthy). Eat fruits or tuna and veggies. - EXERCISE 4-5 Days a week. Or else it will make your body tired. Make sure to get a good sleep and rest after working out (if you want to build muscles, drink protein shake after the workout to recover your muscles). Do 30-45 minutes of cardio or go for a jog for 1 hour. You could do other sports that your enjoy like basketball and volleyball etc..

Moderate fat diet means = use polyunsaturated (omega 3, corn oil, nuts, etc) fats and monounsaturated (olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, etc) fats, no saturated fats (high fat snack foods, butter, fat spreads) and no trans fats.
