hi, I have been on low carb for over a year, I went on it because I was actually falling asleep driving after
eating carbs. I have lost 23 kg, I have been tested for several things and have no blood sugar issues, low blood pressure (90 / 55) and my thyroid is slow but not drastically so. Recently, the tiredness after eating started to return. I have had, a couple of hours ago, a tuna salad (tuna, mayo, cheddar) and I am battling to keep my eyes open as I type. I can't take much more of this.
