Later in the day I got another pain in the tip of my left middle toe, and also associated that with the new boots. It was a busy day and night and into the evening during an awards ceremony, the back of my left knee was very tender to the touch, and I was wearing jeans. Just sitting there, the pain got worse! I couldn't even touch it or bend my knee it felt as if it were on fire, NO pins and needles here, like it was burning for real!

He posts infrequently, so I am always glad to see a new post from him, and there is one today on the ever-spreading ticks and the burden on the mammals who host them. It puts a frame around the miserable mess that Lyme is, and the worse mess the medical establishment continues to make of it. I miss and have missed so much of my kids in Football, Cheerleading, Baseball and Soccer. I've missed wanting to just read them a book because I am just too exhausted not just from work but also, My sickness. Thanks for releasing the balloon..we are not able to hold the balloon release, as we got word we would have protesters at the event if we did. We changed the venue to a tree planting ceremony instead. At least a few balloons will be going up, one from you, one from Ireland, and one in Arizona..so I guess Chris's balloons will get released all the same. m not an elder or medicine woman with a lot of knowledge about prayers for the dead. We do pray to our ancestors for strength and guidance and in a ceremony the medicine woman can call on them to help us with things we are struggling with. I proceeded to explain, I walk with a cane, and the ceremony is outside on the side of a mountain.....I do not need extra fabric nor do I need heels..... Well I just have to make a plug for the Opening Ceremony this year!! It was fantabulous!! An extremely impressive display for sure. I like gymnastics and synchronized diving. Table Tennis is another amazing sport to watch at the Olympic level.

So....my cousin is getting married soon, out of town. We're going, and bringing the boys (aged 3.5 years and 5 months) because a) it's out of town, and not just an hour or two away, either and b) I'm exclusively BFing (and DS won't take bottles) and c) it's a family wedding. I"m a bit nervous about the whole thing, particularly where the baby is concerned. The ceremony is at 3:30pm, right in the middle of his nap.

I would strongly urge you to speak with your parents about how you feel and how difficult this ceremony is going to be for you. First, they will do whatever they can to help you get through the ceremony itself, but then they will help you deal with this problem possibly by getting you some therapy where you will learn not only why you have these feelings but you will be taught how to deal with and overcome them.
