Nurse advised me to take ZIDOLAM-N as PEP for 28 days. After continuing for 3 days i visited a doctor and he told me that Nevirapine should not be used for PEP but since i already started the PEP, he advised me to continue the same medication and asked to monitor closely the side effects of the drug. Now today Friday i am experiencing some pain in the upper abdomen.
Is there any possibility that i can change the PEP drug to avoid nevirapine, please Suggest?
i have found a web site called penis advantage. Any advice really appreciated! If my risk is very low I would prefer not to take pep but I suspect I may be best advised to do so.
If it makes a difference, I am prone to have a tiny amount of blood(I think from tears) on toilet paper when I use the bathroom so that may make it more risky?

If you are healthy happy & not affected by these past events..then just let sleeping dogs lie...I once thought maybe it would help to have my past exposed, but it actually turned out to be the opposite of what I hoped. Instead I was re-living events that were horrible over & over and digging up emotions that were hidden. I was a basket case and had a hard time with the days I spent remembering these events.
The doctor had me stop the meds at about 9 weeks, and apparently around 10 weeks, the placenta takes over, so it sustains itself. I remember my first couple ultrasounds at the RE and I was a little nervous like you, but both turned out great and now I am nearly 16 weeks and feeling great (fat but great). The best thing you can do, like arlandonbloom said, is try to relax and not stress. The ultrasound should help too. Good luck!

I felt like 8mg was too much when I started as I was “only” taking 400-500mg of Tramodol a day, and people using heroin were starting at the same dose. You could have had a chemical pregnancy and already miscarried but honestly, that would be unlikely as you'd still have the hormone that sustains pregnancy present, I'd think.It would diminish each day after the miscarriage until it was completely gone and I don't know how long that takes.

The way I understand it the liver sustains a degree of damage ,just like every other organ in the body,however unless diseased and scarred beyond functionality the regeneration is only reduced and not fully impaired.
