He does not know his viral load count though as for some reason he was never tested for that(he is from a developing country and they never offered that test, he only knows his CD4 count). I am assuming his viral load is very low after a couple of years of meds? Also I really do not know how I could get pep here, neither he or I speak Spanish and English is not spoken here at all except in hotels.
