In college I lifted weight for 3 weeks and got a thick stretch mark on my arm. I said fine, I just don't have to lift weights. At 21 I got some fine stretch marks on my hip from working at a restaurant. Life will go on. At 24, I developed a double wrinkle around my neck, thinning of the skin over the clavicles, and rosacea (what a year!). I thought it was from the jock itch cream I was taking and I waited for the wrinkles to fill back in which they didni't. Then I forgot about it.
I have the same problem as you in my arms but will tell you I have a big improvement since doing weight lifting pyramid style...each exercise 12 reps with a 2lb weight, 10 reps with a 5 lb weight and 8 reps with a 8 lb weight. You should include exercises that build your bone density. When we get older we need all the help we can get.
Unfortunately, based on what I see in the 9 women in my group the weight loss seems to be more muscle than it is fat. Plus, since women tend to lose weight from the top down, I can see it in all of our faces. We were all just talking about that the other day - about how in some way it seems like treatment has aged us a little (err...a lot).
Yes, your clothes may fit looser and I am not suggesting there won't be some fat loss just that muscle atrophy/loss seems a definite possibility.

In the past year I have gained 60lbs and have been extremely exhausted. Once ( Neck Pain, Dry Skin, Hair Loss, Depression )more symptons began is when I contacted dr to have checkup. Now here I am 60lbs heavier healthy eating but cannot lose weight. Can anyone please provide me wiht some information as to how to lose the weight and what I can expect realistically. Are any diet aids- pills safe to take without risking my heatlh. I excerise 3-4 days a week not sur ehow else to fix this disease.

On average, i have probably masturbated 1-2 times a day. I am very healthy, but over time, i noticed that wrinkles have been forming over the head of my penis. for the past couple months,ive been experiancing dry,itcy patches all around my face& neck...they were red too..i finally made doctor appts, when my eyelids were swelling up with tha dry red patches...she recommended me to an allergist,who diagnosed me with mild eczema... now my concern is i have wrinkles under my lower eyelids! & sometimes puffiness to accompany it..im so stressed out with it...should i use wrinkle creams?
OMG how do you get rid of it????? Can you????? What about weight loss, is it hopeless. I barely had any hormones or none, and trying to find a good Doctor that deals with ADRENAL INSUFFIENCY AND WOMENS HORMONES. It took me 8 Doctors to find one and now we moved to Tucson, AZ and I cant find anyone who does BIO - HORMONES and ADRENAL INSUFFENCY WITH WEIGHT GAIN AND HUMPS . Someone having the same problems.
I had 2 level surgical fusion and an artificial disc replacement done in November, 2011. My neck is **** great. I had lost quite a bit of weight prior to the surgery just because my pain level was so high that I never felt like eating. We all just assumed after the surgery was done and I was feeling better my appitite could come back and I would put some of the weight back on. At the beginning of this whole thing I weighed 162lbs and I am 5'2.
Have you seen good results, specifically whether it may have helped with smoking wrinkles and sun damage. I know that you cannot get rid of wrinkles from smoking. However, does retinol help to fade somewhat or make them less noticeable? What about sun damage - sun spots and pigmentation issues? I have very fair skin and am paying the price all around.

Amy- yes, the fat deposits fill the wrinkles, so when they lose weight the wrinkles (and their age!) show up more. That is why Jerry also looked so incredibly different and older, too.

I really wanted Tara to win. She kicked butt all season long. Did she have some emotional issues to work through?! Yes! But she's only human and I respected her as I watched her mature through the show.
I have two episodes of what seemed to be an allergic reaction to something. My back legs and neck got extremely itchy and my neck and forearms became red. The first time was at work, the second was at a friends house. I took benadryl and it quickly passed.
Additionally, I am currently employed at a petstore where I handle animals daily. Ranging from reptiles (snakes, turtles, and lizards), to birds, rodents, and fish.
Any ideas?
i recently accidently produced wrinkles under my eyes from trying to rub soap out of my eyes in the shower, the soap , and i tried getting it out in the shower by rubbing my eyes because they were stinging and since soap on skin creates a lot of friction i discovered i got wrinkles the next day and the skin under my eyes its a bit more corse than usual. i must of stretched the fibres of my skin im only 20.
