Hello, I have this recurring rash on my neck. It comes whenever my menses is to start. I was wondering if it could come from having oral herpes. Recently I have had a sore throat twice in one month two weeks apart. The rash on my neck is very painful. My doctor seems to think that it is some type of fungus. The dermatologists suggest that it is eczema. But I don't think that is the case.

Her beck line where her skin in exposed to the air, the rash is really bad at some points, and sometimes it looks like its almost fine, say we put her down for a nap, and she sleeps 3 hrs, its still there but can't really notice it, but at her baby shower, getting passed around.... I noticed when we got home it was horrible !!!
Here is a picture of a rash on my neck. I also have a rash on my left arm thats bigger. They have lasted a few weeks. I have had recurring rashes for the last few years that come and go on my arms, upper legs and inner thighs, my neck and upper chest. They don't appear directly on my genitals or my back, or at the bottom of my feet. They itch and have a slight discoloration of red. They are slightly raised non-blister bumps, and have been lasting longer the last few months.
My baby has that on occasion when he's too hot. I just put neosporin on it & it goes away.

I've had this red ring on my neck for a few weeks now, it doesn't hurt or itch. I feel healthy otherwise. The skin feels normal and isn't rough or painful. It sort of looks like a hickey.

A few days ago, I woke up with a very strange rash on my neck. There were two circles that were red, slightly raised, and very itchy. My whole neck seemed to be swollen. I have not changed the makeup I am using, and my cleanser is one that I have been using for years and I have never had a problem with it. I proceeded to see my doctor who explained that I should take a reactine or benadryl and apply a cool cloth. This helped take down the swelling and redness, but the itching still persisted.
I have a slightly red rash that's blotchy but not too noticeable that comes and goes that's located under my ears on the sides of both my neck. It seems as i have the same thing on the back of my neck on my traps. What I noticed is after I constantly use head and shoulders shampoo for a few times it goes away; when I stop using it, it comes back. Any idea what this is?
I have had a red rash on my neck for at least 6months now. It hasn't really bothered me too much, as I tend to wear my hair down and it's not very visible and also doesn't really itch very much, hence I tend to forget about it! However, it has recently started to irritate me as it does not appear to be going away and is more visible if I tie my hair up. There is also an additional red patch at the base of my hairline at the back that I have recently noticed.

I am waiting to see the doc tomorrow for my test results (I know they indicate an overactive thyroid but don't no why) and then am being referred to an endocrinologist. However this morning I woke up (I don't really sleep !) and on the base of my neck from the middle of the thoard and extending about 4 inches to the back of the neck and is about 3/4 of an inch in width, I have a raised red welt that is very painful to the touch.
So, since about Wednesday I all of a suddenly developed this odd rash on my neck area. I have no food allergies, and never seem to ever be allergice to lotions or perfumes. It doesn't look like a normal heat rash, and if it is then that would be odd for me to get there.
Here are the facts:
1. Started Wednesday (thought it was a new body spray, but haven't used any perfume since)
2. Does not hurt, or itch. If anything, just my right side of my neck hurts when I stretch it to look up

I have had a rash like small hives around the neck and upper chest, very itchy I have gone to the doctor several times and have gotten steroid injections and have only helped for a week and then its back, currently he put me on Predisone 40 mg and have tappered to 5mg and now the rash is back. It seems to surface at night and I noticed that I am real sweaty at night not to mention very itchy. I do have Rheumtoid Arthritis. Could there be a connection?
I noticed on my neck that a rash appeared which looks like folluculitis. Obviously this has got me extremely worried. My test for everything has came back negative but am still convinced i have contracted HIV as i obviously have to get tested after 3 months. I have also had a few night sweats which i know is another symptom altho this could also be because of anxiety!

I have had this rash only on my neck for over a month now. Just red, doesn't itch. I went to the derm which was actually a nurse practitioner last week. She took one look and said acne/ follicullitis. But I don't have acne anywhere else? So she gave me minocycline, which i had already been taking on and off. Also, told me to get Panoxil 10%. The day after I used the panoxil the rash has become redder and progressively spreading.
About 3 weeks ago my daughter developed a rash on her neck and upper chest area. It looked as if she was heated or blushing and it didn't concern me at the time, as it was gone by morning. This rash has come back again every 3-4 days for the past 3 weeks. About 2 weeks ago, my son began developing the same type of rash, but his is on his stomach and abdomin area. Both are itchy, and seem to come and go within 24 hours.

I have tiny little skin-colored bumps on my chest, neck and shoulders.These bumps appear every year during summer on my chest and some on the shoulders, but never before have I had them on my neck and I've never had so many of them. They are scattered around on my chest and shoulders, but are more tightly spaced/appear in clusters on the neck. They aren't noticable when I stand facing the light, but are I stand with my side to the light/window.
my baby also got a rash similar to this about a week ago... first on the inner part of his thighs then on his forearms...
Do you think it has something to do with the pollen? Change in weather or maybe something in the air, water, geographical area?
The doctor says it is not serious because he is not itching... but I am still searching for a dermo to get answers...
