been having weird symptoms lately. very bad pain in neck which radiates into head and behind ear, internal vibrating, lightheaded, migraines and stabbing knife pains in my knee. cannot sleep at night. night sweats. please help!
I have sjogren's and fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis but dont feel these symptoms are related.

I have had on & off tooth pain for over a year in my left lower jaw & a bit of the upper. My dentist has said twice there are no dental problems. I have also had high blood pressure for bout the same time. I ve been under a termendous amount of stress as well & have extra weight on. Is there any way this on and off tooth pain can be a heart condition and if so what kinds? If so and i need t see a doctor what kiind of test should i be asking for. Thank you.

After those two weeks the pain got better, but the swelling feeling in my head and stiff neck were still there. I went to an STD clinic a week later and told the doctor there what had happened. She didn't believe that the pain in my head would have been caused by an STD and that it was probably caused by my worrying. She mentioned that only a form of syphilis could do this, but it took many years to develop and it was impossible that I caught that from that one encounter.

I have chronic neck pain due to degenerative disc disease, and severe jaw pain due to a jaw fracture which resulted in nerve damage and TMJ. I just had my 3rd jaw surgery two days ago, and my surgeon has referred me to a pain management doc. The paperwork this pm office sent me is terrifying-it appears as if they suspect everyone of being a substance abuser or med-seeker. I don't know if I should tell them that I had a DUI 2 years ago.
My more recent problems involve muscle pains throughout my body. My back, neck, arm, or chest muscles can be extremely sore or have sharp pain upon waking. These can be quite severe at times, sometimes my neck muscles hurt so badly that I can't turn my head a certain way for hours after waking. Just in the last couple weeks I've been getting what feels like heart pain on the left/central part of my chest.
About 6 months ago I gave oral sex to a male friend of mine. Afterwards, that day, my mouth wouldn't stop watering. It was a weird feeling. I am a 43 year old male and I have had some weird problems lately. First, after sex I have had minor pain in the penis, scrotum and anus for some reason I can't figure out why. In order to make it feel better I sit in a hot tub for about 15 minutes until it starts to feel better. I also noticed when I am on a exersize bike I feel a tingling or numbness in my penis which is very annoying and I get off the bike. Blood and urine test were fine. Chlamydia test was negative.
ve recovered from my horrific neuro appt and will be seeing my GP this friday as I continue to have this stabbing pain in my skull. It started with a very stiff neck and headache and then this stabbing pain that comes momentarily, sometimes in my right eye, or the top, side(above the right ear) and back of my skull or in my teeth. Feels like someone is driving a screw driver into my right eye or into various spots on my skull.
This gets a little dangerous because I am in so much pain I cannot concentrate on driving. Also, on long trips I cannot just pull over on the interstate. I also have the muscle contractions in my upper body as well but they are not nearly as painful. If I hold a spoon and am stirring, the muscles in my hand will begin to move to a point of my looking deformed.
