Ok I have a red tail boa and I feed him mice. I'm about a month pregnant and was wondering if its ok to handle the mice and clean out their tank? Thank you.
I would describe the pain as deep (feels like it is in the bone), sharp/stabbing (Severity a 7-9 on a scale of 10 - where 10 is excruciating pain) and short in duration (lasts 3-10 seconds). It occurs frequently throughout my day and randomly in different places on my body (i.e. ribs, shoulder, upper and lower arms, fingers, upper and lower legs and sometimes my head).

I was diagnosed with CFIDS in 1994. Narcolepsy in 2005. I get basically no stage 4 or Rem sleep at night. Its no wonder why our mind and muscles can't heal themselves. I can go into almost instant dreaming during day (MSLT naps). I haven't been able to get anyone to help me figure out how to correct my sleep cycle. If you get any ideas, let me know. (I am on meds to help sleep and keep me awake at the right times, but it hasn't helped the sleep cycles.
Although the pt has RLS and PLMS, the arousal associated with these do not likely explain EDS- given a short overall sleep and REM latency, consider narcolepsy clinically. I am diagnosis with narcolepsy and have had symptoms for 5 years now. I have been taking 500 mg. of nuvigil for over 2 years. Plus, 60 mg of adderall a day. Have a non pregnant person dispose of the mice and their droppings and clean infected areas with bleach to kill the virus. Also winterize ur home to keep them out and call in an exterminator. Also notify ur ob u have had contact with rodents so they can monitor things.

After giving birth to my 2nd child, I had an MRI of my lower back to help determine the cause of low back pain. It showed a bulging disc and a herniated disc at L4-L5 and L5-S1. Underwent disc decompression and that corrected this. The pain was still there. My GP determined that the little fatty "knots" in my low back were back mice and began injecting them wtih lidocaine. This gave me temporary relief.

Your history is suggestive of narcolepsy. In this condition there will be excessive daytime sleepiness. But in your case it seems milder form of it. In this condition there will be “automatic behavior" such as driving past a highway exit or go into sleep or writing off a page, with no memory of the previous few minutes. Classical narcolepsy constitutes of Hypnagogic hallucinations, Sleep paralysis and Cataplexy which is not seen in your case.
Yes, narcolepsy can result in disturbed nighttime sleep. Narcolepsy can only be diagnosed with a multiple sleep latency test during the day (usually preceded by an all night sleep study).
