1207048 tn?1282174304 Is this a completely urgent issue or can I put it off until next week? I have a ton going on this week, and would rather not try to squeeze in a trip to the neuro, too :-( Thanks!
Avatar n tn The side effects were not at all worth any benefit she may have gotten. She is also taking naproxen. Praying that will keep them away!
Avatar n tn Anemia or any other blood disorder may cause bruising. Are you taking NSAIDs? Ibuprofen or Naproxen or Aspirin can cause bruising. - If you didn't hurt yourself, please see a doctor.
Avatar f tn Like... they said at 10mg there are very few side-effects and at 20mg there are noticeable side-effects. But, you obviously don't want to change the dose on your own, as this can be extremely dangerous! But, it would be worth talking to your doctor about if the side-effects don't go away fast enough. Although... most of the time... with SSRIs in general I find, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for side-effects to go away and then they're gone for good.
Avatar f tn m bruising really easily. Does anyone think this could be a long term side effect of Geodon? Has anyone else experienced this?
Avatar n tn Hi I am taking naproxen and citalopram as well as tramadol, pre gablin and oramorph. But everyone is different but I do have side effects.
Avatar n tn I have been prescribed Acebutolol for PVC's and I am literally exhausted since beginning this medication but I didn't see that as one of the side effects. Also, my vision is blurred. Is this normal?
Avatar f tn re having a discussion on the MS forum about whether one can skip a dose of Avonex to avoid the major side effects during the holiday festivities. Some who take Avonex feel quite sick for a day or two. I'm lucky not to, but still this is a good question. Perhaps you could answer in terms of all 4 DMDs. Thank you.
Avatar m tn The most common side effects from naproxen are rash, ringing in the ears, headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, abdominal pain, nausea etc! Antibiotics- only address bacterial infections- destroy friendly bacteria. This creates a compromised intestinal flora enviroment. 80% of the immune system lies in the gut! Also antibiotics contribute to fungal imbalance leading to possible candida infections.
Avatar f tn Has anyone else ever experienced any side effects like this from anything containing the naproxen?
Avatar m tn s a prescription, it is at a higher dose. The amoxicillin is an antibiotic, as you likely already know. The most common side effects with either of these is stomach upset or pain. If either occurs, discontinue and consult your doctor.
Avatar m tn ‘Hepatic side effects have included elevations in liver function tests (15%), jaundice, and hepatitis.’ http://www.drugs.com/sfx/naproxen-side-effects.
Avatar f tn Naproxen is a prescribed NSAID, or heavy duty Aleve. It has blood thinning side effects which could be the source of your bleeding. If the bleeding is even moderate, I suggest you discontinue use and immediately scheudle a follow up appointment with your provider. If bleeding is very mild, such as you simply bleed more if you cut yourself, i would take note and mention upon your next appointment.

Avatar f tn We have not been able to isolate a trigger for the Afib other than his controlled blood pressure. Now I am reading that a side effect of Naproxen use is high blood pressure. Has any one else encountered this?
Avatar m tn Usually just sore nipples lol thats all
Avatar n tn Thanks for the response! Since I am only in pain when pressure is applied to the finger I'll probably hold off on taking the Naproxen unless the pain gets worse.
Avatar f tn //www.drugs.com/sfx/plavix-side-effects.html Natural alternative: Nattokinase is a potent fibrinolytic (anti-clotting) enzyme extracted and highly purified from a traditional Japanese food called Natto. Nattokinase enhances our body’s natural ability to fight blood clots, and has an advantage over blood thinners because it has a prolonged effect without side effects.
Avatar f tn I was going to say EXACTLY what jill1124 said! I had a major Vit D deficiency about a year ago. I had the same symptoms with my feet and hands as you. I'd wake up screaming from foot and leg cramps at night. My endocrinologist saw this as what it was and started me on 50,000 units of vitamin D. This helped a little, but what really helped me was taking 1000 units of Vitamin D3 over the counter daily. I feel so much better now and my levels have come up a lot.
Avatar f tn I used to use Imagrain 50mg and they worked a treat. However the last few times I used them i started to have side effects (ntingling skin, heat waves, vertigo) and they now no longer work at relieving the pain. Last night I had the worst one of my life. Nothing helped, no position helped the pain, no massage or rubbing! I almost went to the emergancy but somehow got through it. It was some of the worst pain I have ever expereienced. It was the whole left side of my head and neck.
1523516 tn?1330044257 Do any of you take neurontin and naproxen together. Any side effects. I'm having issues and don't know if I'm getting a virus or this is a reaction. Thank you so much!
