I have recently encountered a situation in which one of my index finger was involuntary have sudden movement , i consulted a Doctor he gave me anti inflammation drug as well as vitamins b complex ( vitamins B6 & B 12 ). how ever the sudden movement in the fingers have stopped , but now for past 3 days i am encountering tingling ( sensation on my all the body ) some kind of crawling of insects on my whole body , i am panic and need urgent answers as to what shall i do about it .

The best buy isn't the best vitamin. A multi is a pretty good thing for anyone to take given the length of time it takes to ship food and the way we live our lives, including the loads of nutrient leaching chemicals we've filled our tummies and environment with. I don't like mega doses. My two favorite brands tend to have low doses, are very expensive, and you have to take several to really get an amount that will be absorbed.

Thank all you all for all the great information. I was not able to find a lot at safeway the health food store was just too far for me right now. So I got my multivitiman, mg, Emrgnc> I have yet to get "jiggy". Since I am still taking a little valium it seems like I should hold off on the 5HTP, but looks like a good idea. I am eating a bit more and improving. Yahoo, I hope this time it lasts.
