I have gained a little weight recently, and I had a baby a year and a half ago. I recently started working out and my workout consist of a lot of leg lifts and pelvic tilts.

Avatar f tn Yup, it's completely fine to jog. My doctor told me to stay as active as possible because in her words "you wouldn't run a marathon without working out first, right?" That's what she compares labor to the extent of running a marathon. Just make sure to stay hydrated.

Avatar n tn A good diet for us as a lifetime committment is to look into the Zone diet by Dr Sears and the South Beach plan. The foods listed there are fat burning. If you have not been exercising at all - as ME - A 30 minute work out is best. Walking is good ---- then build up. The more movement the better if you are already in a fitness program.

My family is so tired of hearing me complain and have even suggested that living in the west where there are hardly any allergies may be the answer for me. Avatar n tn Hey everyone. I was looking for an ab workout routine on the internet and I came across one of those old 'Eight Minute Abs' videos on Youtube. It was basically just eight minutes of different types of crunches so I figured it was as good a place as any to get started. So, I did the routine and I did, in fact, feel the burn so to speak in my abs. I'm in moderate physical shape and it was a bit difficult getting through the whole eight minutes, so I guess that's a good thing.

The list seems long: -Elevated biliruben for 5 weeks at birth -RSV and double pneumonia at 6wks -ongoing colds and pneumonias (no less than annual) and strep rashes -RSV at age 2 again requiring hospitalization -Age 2-4 spontaneous vomitting on about a 30 day cycle.

The question I have is I am taking Bystolic Imdur ER and Lisiniprol which I know the Bystolic keeps the heart rate way down...at what rate should I use for heart rate for training .. My max would normally 158 but I am not sure what changes on meds.......

I have never had sex, and from seeking the HIV forum on the website and various searches on google I found that HIV cannot be transmitted through oral sex. So does anyone have any other idea what this could be?
