I'm a 50 year old woman and my fingernails have begun to curl as they get longer?

Oddly enough I have raynauds syndrome and a few of your symptoms too. I have had more yeast infections in my meager 18 years than my mom has had in her whole life of 52 years. I am also experiencing and extremely itchy, flaky, oily, scalp with thinning hair that my dermatologist believes to be dermatitis. I have also struggled with lower back pain in my life and I suffer from an odd amount of foot/toe cramps that cause my toes to curl. I'm desperately searching for answers.

My left hand doesn't curl fully at this point but my fingers tend to curl towards the palm about an inch or so. I still don't have spinal cord lesions according to the last MRI but I am starting to get some minor muscle wasting in that arm just in the last 3 months so I guess a lesion will show soon enough.

This is so frustrating! I can't grow my fingernails out at all, because when I do, parts of my fingernails 'droop' over the tip of my fingers. When I and or my doctors do the Babinski test my toes curl INWARDS etc always, however I’m abit confused; when I do the Gordon test, my toes still curl INWARDS, is this normal?
