The MRI shows, a white orb, scattered everywhere in her right leg. Know not what it is. The worse part is, the doctors saw her CT scan and compared that wid the biopsy. He is like, we are confused. Reason: The biopsy says, MAYBE its a malignant tumor where as the CT scan says, it is just a tumor. I am afraid. Is this a cancer or something? Anyone here who has the same symptoms? What is this white thing in the MRI? Her bones are fine, still it can be cancerous? Or you think it is something else?

Second possibility is Trigeminal neuralgia - neural pain of face with possible loss of sensation on the affected part of face but eye is seldom involved. It is usually associated with history of traumatic extraction of ipsilateral tooth. Third possibility can be sinusitis due to possible oro-antral fistula after extraction leading to sinus infection. This may lead to dull pain over the cheek area but inability to close eye and tongue involvement may not be explainable with this condition.

What is cerebellar volume loss? My husbands CT came back with this and we're waiting on appointments with a Neurologist and an MRI but until then, I'd like ANY information on what this is? How does your doctor know it was not a TIA? You should have been sent for a CT scan or MRI of the brain. How is your blood pressure? Low blood pressure can also cause weakness. Have you done an Internet search on your medication? Sometimes medications can do some weird stuff to the body.

t know what else it could be im just Worried that it is something that is bizzarre and undetectable like CJD or some other strange neurological disorder. the symptoms are not Constant except for my heart arrythmia which is always there. ill be sitting there watching T.V.

I have Lhermittes and the way my neuro explained it to me I think it is only from a lesion in your cervical (neck), apparently you can get Lhermittes without having MS it can occur from injury etc. but it is usually to the cervical. In my case he reckons I have a lesion but you can't seem to see it, but I sure do get the lhermittes when I flex my neck...

he ordered and ultrasound and to my suprise instead of saying its nothing he called and said there is a mass in my left kidney, well this seemed to clear things up fr me because of a family link to polycystic kidney disease so I ask what we do next and then he said it is a solid mass not a cysit now what he indicated he thought maybe cancer and ordered another test where I have to drink something I think a cat scan not sure though that will be tuesday. he then said I need to see urologist.

I had a lot of pressure on my bladder lately and even though my CA125 tests came in okay levels I was told to have a cat scan. Cat scan showed that there are some changes in the vascular activity in my liver. What on earth does that mean? September 14 2007 Within 24 hours of being bitten on the hand by an unknown spider or insect (coincidence?) in bed one morning I was struggling to walk unaided. Anyways, you can totally see unfused vertebrae on an MRI but a CT is way easier. Your MRA should be neat.

I had spotting start a week later and went to nems but didn't feel I got help there so yesterday I went back to my gp and she referred me to the early pregnancy unit to get me examined and have a scan. I had an internal yesterday and that was fine and I have a scan booked for Monday I will be 10 weeks then. If your unsure go to your gp better to be safe than sorry.
