i have had an mri scan as i was suffering with my left ear headaches and dizziness i have just got my results my ear is fine but they said i have white patches on my brain that would not expect to see in someone my age(49)they are referring me to see an neurologist do you have any idea what it could be

Since then I have pressure in the back of my head on the right side (Cerebellum) area. When the pain gets really bad, I feel alot of pressure in my ear and I lose most of my hearing. At times stationary objects appear to be moving, and I have dizzy spells (standing/sitting). There are mornings when I wake up after 8-9 hours sleep, and the room is spinning like I am intoxicated or all the oxygen has been cutoff to my brain. If I don't get up right away to stop the spinning, I vomit.
It got worst, I sometimes feel nauseated, the block ear is no longer, but the throbbing is there 24/7, it never stops. I did an CT scan and MRI, the doctors couldnt see anything. So I am still here with a constant throbbing on the rt side of my head and sometimes way inside my rt ear. I really don't know what to do again. I am not trying natural meds, garlic, parsley and aloe.
Still, I closely examined the MRI and the CT films, and on both, there was an asymmetry on the left side--near the location of my headache. The images are below.

the doc we saw had the mri results in front of him . it is a oestoma and the evidence of the old stroke present. and small lessions on brain . he said my doc would call and talk with me. well this am she did and she said there were cyst present and could i come in to discuss all the findings and how to proceed. i did not tell her her college told me the results because i didnt want to and at the same time i dont want to sound stupid when i ask the question are lesions and cyst the same ?
I have just been diagnosed with TN. I have had a cat scan and MRI is scheduled. I am on 1200mg/day of Gabapentin. It has helped some but it has not got rid of pain. My pain has a somebperiods where I get a sudden sharp pain in my right ear but I always have a dull, throbbing aching pain in my jaw, cheek, ear, temple. Always with a horrible headache as well. The pain is just unrelenting. I was just wondering how others deal with this?
Tell them of your headaches and feelings of ear fulness even though your ear is clear and a hearing test came back okay. Ask them if the CD you brought would be adequate to demonstrate the problem was not anything abnormal in relationship to the brain.
Another idea is to consider whether you may be having a TMJ problem. Clenching, according to an article I was looking at, can cause a feeling of fulness in the ear. And it also can cause a headache in your temple.
I had 2 full weeks of antibiotics, and my headaches left for a short time, but a sensation of fullness stayed in my left ear. This has caused me to feel off balance, and foggy headed, like I may pass out at times. I just had an MRI and CT of the sinuses that says I have mild mucosal thickening of the sphenoid sinuses and a mild septal deviation. What should I do about this? I know I need to see an ENT and will, but it will take some time to get in to see one.
there is evidence of a prior left temporal craniotomy. there is some encephalomalacia associated with the lateral aspect of left temporal lobe. gyriform T1-weighted hyperintensity is present in this area, comsistent with methemoglobin deposition. this would be compatible with prior traumatic and/or surgical injury.

pains in top of head on same side, pain across same side cheek bone, upper jaw where tooth meets gum (only on one tooth on same side) pain from corner of sore eye down the nose (this nostrill is always blocked and i dont have any sense of smell when i get up in the morning) and deep in the back of my neck just behind my ear, i had mri scan which has come back clear, i got a nasal spray called Flixonase but when i sprayed it into the nostrill it caused severe pain in my nose the top of my head
