Get check... my spotting without pain end up being a miscarriage. I started at 4-5 weeks and miscaried at 8. Try not to worry too much because it might be normal.

Look up implantation bleeding and miscarriage bleeding ..sounds likes its more implantation bleeding. I had a miscarriage and the bleeding was almost felt like a period. You can always go to the nearest hospital.
Was it heavy bleeding or spotting? You really can't tell unless you go get a quantitative HCG test ran and you really need more than one in order to tell what is going on.
Any time you have bleeding in pregnancy, it's advisable to see your doctor just to make sure all is okay. COuld be nothing - bleeding in early pregnancy can be normal but best to be checked just in case.

Bleeding during/after sex can be normal, yes. :) If it gets heavy though, see a doctor ASAP.

Yes, I was 12 weeks when I m/c'd without bleeding. I was still growing and continued to have symptoms even after my suction and DnC on week 14. They told me I could have a threatened miscarriage. I have been home still bleeding with blod clots and no pain at all.They also told me the gestational sack was low in my cervix. Any advice or any conclusion would be appreciated. I have another appointment for an ultrasound in two days.

I did! I bled at 10 weeks, almost 11 weeks. I went to the bathroom and found bright red blood in my underwear. I panicked and went to the ER and they did blood work and an emergency ultrasound. I was sure I was having a miscarriage. Turns out they couldn't find a reason for the bleeding (and there are some that don't mean miscarriage!) and my cervix was still closed. My diagnosis was a "threatened miscarriage" but "it didn't look like that was going to happen to me.
