My first I had all the symptoms... I then had 2 miscarriages and this pregnancy I had no symptoms. My breast weren't sore at all. Not everyone get symptoms and I think the statistics is 57% of women have tender breast so the comment above is completely incorrect.
The statistic of miscarriage is also for every 5 pregnancies only 2 result in a baby. A lot of women don't realise they are pregnant and miscarriage unless they are testing regularly. So again, the comments above are incorrect.

I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant last week (YAY!) so I would be in my 7 weeks tomorrow. However, I don't really experience much pregnancy symptoms at all, other than frequent urination and light cramping (mostly last week, it's pretty much gone now).
Is this normal? I'm worry that I had a miscarriage but didn't know it as I know there are a lot of women that has miscarriage without knowing it. Oh and my first prenatal is not until March 9, ugh!
The only signs you might have are lessening pregnancy symptoms. Most women don't realize when they have a missed miscarriage, nor does their body so it doesn't expell the tissue. If it is suspected make an appointment to have an ultrasound with your doctor.

The other day she went to the ER because she has been having symptoms of miscarriage. Chronic cramps in the pelvic area, stress on her back, white/pink discharge, and just last night she has been vomiting and having nausea. Although, the doc at the hospital did an ultrasound and determined that implantation was normal as well as her hormone levels. She told me that she regretted to tell the doc about her other symptoms...I suppose she only mentioned the cramping.
I'm on my 5th pregnancy (3 births one miscarriage in April) and I had no symptoms with the first 2 until morning sickness and with the last one (10 yrs apart) I had no symptoms until I started gaining weight, no morning sickness at all the 3rd time. I think it was either because it was 10 yrs after my previous or because my first 2 were girls and my 3rd a boy so maybe only girls make me sick lol.

t really have any symptoms apart from a tiny bit nausea in the morning and my nipples are the tiniest bit sensitive. And yesterday I didn't have any at all, I felt not pregnant in fact. But my nausea has came back this morning. Should I be feeling it more at this stage or is it too early? I'm only worried cause I'm a first time mum and I suffered a missed miscarriage in december.

So this is my third pregnancy. I have a 20 month old daughter and I had a miscarriage in Sept. I am 6 weeks pregnant again and was just wondering if anyone else's pregnancy symptoms come and go? So days my boobs really hurt... Others not so much. Also sometimes I have back pain and other times not much. The nausea comes and goes too. I don't remember my 1st pregnancy very well so I'm not sure if this is how

I agree with KDQ. Some women just have lower Hpt levels in early pregnancy. A blood test is always the best way to go. I also had a miscarriage and never had a positive reading.I wouldn't have even known about the miscarriage is I wouldn't have got to my doctor. But it's very possible that you could be pregnant. But then again its amazing what our minds can make up believe. I've been trying for what seems like decades.
i have irregular periods after my miscarriage in last august 07,This is my first miscarriage,,,between 2 periods i have continuous spotting, so I call my OB 2 weeks ago and she did both ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound,,,,,,,,and next day she call me she looks some cyst in ultrasound ,,,,,,,,,,,so she needs to do biopsy.
