Avatar f tn You should go to a high risk doctor to check out the blood and monitor you more closely I am not trying to scare you but I was also bleeding and spotting and the doctor would always tell me it was normal until one day the baby just stopped breathing and resulted of a still born at 7 months so pretty much just be very careful with some doctors but I wish you luck and happiness in your pregnancy and congratulations by the way now I am 7 weeks pregnant and no spotting but I am still visiting a hi

Avatar f tn Depending on how far along you were, it might be horomones left over from miscarriage. Test again in a week or go get a blood test. They'll probably do 2 tests to see if numbers are going up or down.
Avatar f tn t say anything about miscarriage. i was 128 lbs when i had my miscarriage. it just means there was something wrong with the baby.
Avatar f tn What week did you miscarriage? I heard it goes down to 5% chance once you have heard the heart beat...
Avatar f tn The problem is I also have fibroids that may obstruct this increasing my risk of miscarriage. I have been told that there is a possibility of cystic fibrosis so had blood taken yesterday for that. We now have to wait one week for this. I have no clue what to think or what to do? 1300874 tn?1277517227 Is your dr an ob-gyn or a Reproductive Endocrinologist? If he or she is an ob-gyn, you might consider moving to an RE as they have more experience with high risk pregnancies. Did your dr not suggest having testing done on the "cacoon?" When I had a miscarriage, they tested the remains to get an idea of what happened. Finally, have you and your husband had genetic testing?
Avatar f tn Once you get into your second trimester the risk decreases. Sounds like everything is going great, congrats.
Avatar f tn I would listen to your dr, but ask if at 12-14 weeks it may be possible as the risk of miscarriage goes down in second trimester...
Avatar f tn I will be 12+3 on Tuesday which is my 2nd ultrasound.many of my friends have told me this is when they found out the mmc and I'm so worried.
Avatar f tn Is Anybody Elses Week By Week Videos Acting Weird Lately ? Im In The 36 Weeks Stage ..
Avatar f tn I had my ultrasound today and after just having a miscarriage, my 6wk 3day old baby is visable with a healthy heartbeat :) I'm happy but unfortunately my bf isn't and says were not ready for this and I don't have any support from him. I don't know what to do. I know what I want to do but I feel like it's not fair to have a child with someone who doesn't want one. I'm so confused!
4920659 tn?1371061785 Ok ladies. I am now in week 12 and after 5 previous m/c this has certainly helped me relax. I'm feeling less sick & more energetic but getting banging headaches. Just wondered if anyone else is same as me? Or from the uk? I've got my second scan tomoz as i'm considered high risk but for some reason i'm scared... just worried incase theyre like oops sorry cant find a heartbeat. I know i'm being paranoid but i really want this baby to be ok!
Avatar n tn The ultrasound put me at 5 weeks, i have not gotten the results of my blood test back and am concerned that it could be a missed miscarriage. The Dr. said that I was either a week earlier than I thought or the missed mc. and the Dr seemed more concerned of the missed mc. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I have been experiencing symptoms of fatigue and sore breasts.

652407 tn?1300737199 I fell down the steps like 10 min. ago, I busted my back but my stomach hit a railing... I know I'm now at risk for a miscarriage but I am soooooo worried that my child is now at risk for brain damage... can someone tell me if this is true. I tried looking it up but didn't find anything.
Avatar f tn I'm 19 & I just turned 7 weeks today, I was wondering when does the risk of miscarriage go away because I had one back in February contrary to what my doctor has told me I believe me being on depo had something to do with it.... I've made it farther in this pregnancy than the last me and my fiancé are really looking forward to this baby... Any words of encouragement?
Avatar f tn Well I started spotting Dec 23. Actually had my miscarriage Dec 25 and the placenta came out Dec 31. So mine was a week.
Avatar f tn I did it. It's only a vial of blood so unlike a lot of more invasive testing, it won't come with any risk of miscarriage. Some women prefer not to get the testing done because it can cause unnecessary stress, but I like to be prepared. I would've kept the baby regardless of what the results were, which eliminated any stress, but that way if there were any things I would need to do differently, I could start from day one.
Avatar f tn Ok, this is a follow up question to the one I posted above. If alcohol is consumed during the 2 weeks between ovulation and finding out if you're pregnant, does that put you at higher risk for miscarriage at all?
Avatar f tn The very high risk stage is before 12 weeks. And every week that passes your risk decreases. But there is always a risk.
