miscarriage

Avatar f tn Im not too sure, I believe 2nd trimester 13weeks good question tho!
Avatar f tn Once you get into your second trimester the risk decreases. Sounds like everything is going great, congrats.
Avatar f tn I am a high risk delivery I.e. born in an O.R. preferably to keep me from bleeding to death.
Avatar f tn And unfortunately ultrasound could not see baby or heartbeat doc thinks I might be earlier in pregnancy or could be at risk for miscarriage or ectopic. Very devastating. Appointment in two weeks to see if levels have gone up and if anything is visible in ultrasound. Praying for all you mommy's and babies.
Avatar f tn Have u had an early scan as they say once you have seen the heartbeat your miscarriage risk goes down significantly. I bought a fetal doppler which picks up heartbeat from around 12 weeks which gave me lots of reassurance that bubs was ok.
Avatar f tn ve previously had 2 miscarriages the first one was a complete miscarriage at 9 weeks and the 2nd was a missed miscarriage and i was measuring 6 weeks but thought i was 10 weeks when i found out the baby had died and i had to have a d&c, the second was about 2 1/2 months ago. will i be classed as high risk ?
Avatar f tn What are the chances of having a miscarriage after hearing the heartbeat?
Avatar n tn Dark chocolate is supposed to help lessen the risk of miscarriage when consumed daily can help by 19%
Avatar f tn I'm 19 & I just turned 7 weeks today, I was wondering when does the risk of miscarriage go away because I had one back in February contrary to what my doctor has told me I believe me being on depo had something to do with it.... I've made it farther in this pregnancy than the last me and my fiancé are really looking forward to this baby... Any words of encouragement?
Avatar f tn First off, i'm very sorry for your loss. But i'm not 100% sure on stillborn, but I do know that about a year ago, I miscarried. Not only did my Dr tell me that the baby was healthy and jumping around in my belly, but because of the miscarriage, I had a 90% better chance to have a healthy baby this time around. I hope all works well with your pregnancy and you get the answers you need. Good luck.
Avatar f tn If you did not get a RhoGAM shot, do not panic -- remember that the risk of sensitization after a miscarriage is relatively small. However, you should inform your doctor of your concern. Your doctor can order a blood test to check your Rh sensitization status. In the event that you did develop anti-Rh antibodies, treatments for Rh incompatibility do exist and your doctor will know to observe your future pregnancies closely for signs of problems so as to intervene early if needed.
Avatar f tn I have been so afraid of miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy, and I'm beyond ecstatic as is my husband. Every time I go to think ahead about it I become very scared. I'm already attached to our little one, but hate this fear I feel. Anyone else in the same boat?
Avatar f tn As long as there are no other medical issues with the baby the risk of miscarriage is very low after 4 months. most are usually ok after 3 months.
Avatar f tn I am on thyroid meds and have been for many years. This is a risk factor for early miscarriage/not carrying to term, hence my worry. My dosage has been the same all this time, so I pray my condition hasn't changed for the worse now that I'm pregnant. Im supposed to see an endocrinologist but its taking ages. I just want to know that my levels are correct. Looking at my extended family history, no-one has had problems and most have at least 3 children.
Avatar f tn It depends on the pregnancy and person. My first pregnancy (15 yrs ago lol) was very high risk, but this pregnancy is going great and low risk. I'm 34 and feel more secure about this pregnancy than my first at 17 . So unless the doc says otherwise relax and enjoy! Good luck !
Avatar f tn What made you think that.
Avatar n tn I then was told to come back a week later and they informed me there has been no growth and now i have been given the options off what to do for the miscarriage. I am obviously quite frightened as this is my first pregnancy and i am not sure what to do. I have had no bleeding and can't understand how tey just assume i am going to misscarry.
Avatar f tn I'm not a doctor but another member. My personal experiences have been that my next period as been as soon as the next month and as many as 3 months. So I would practice safe sex until you have your first period and thereafter till ready to try again. I do not know about safe or not. My doctor always wanted me to wait till I was feeling better. And depending on how far along I was.
Avatar f tn What week did you miscarriage? I heard it goes down to 5% chance once you have heard the heart beat...
Avatar n tn For how long am ii at risk for the miscarriage stage??
Avatar f tn No , I mean how long can one last? A hour? A day? A week?
Avatar f tn I think you need to make sure you pass everything once your period is over. There is a risk of infection if some of the pregnancy remains. I think they can check via a scan or something????
