A beautiful poem, I'm sorry I couldn't read the others, perhaps another day I'll manage that.

) I like writing poems but my poems usually end up short and to the point. The irony is this is the shortest poem I ever wrote.

Any moms out there who plan to, or have played classical music for their children? What are your thoughts or outcomes of doing so? With my son, I found that if I played classical music for him he was much calmer. His favorite was Mozart. (or so it appeared).

awwwww, when i was a *spouse* (ex was marine, chris was navy for 9 years), all we could find were the poems about girlfriends and moms! i looooooove this!!!!!

Thanks for sharing, Susie. It takes a lot of courage to post artistic work publicly. I hope someday you will go back to writing more as an outlet. It is good for the soul.

I just want to say my heart goes out to all you beautiful ladies who have lost their precious babies...wether it was a miscarriage or after they were born...noone should have to endure that pain...you all are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope nothing but the best for you mommas! I miscarried 3 times before this baby and I'm now 34 weeks along...God works in mysterious ways and everything really does happen for a reason...

Ladies/Moms/Moms to be, Okay I had a Miscarriage beggining of January(11 day) Wasn't supposed to have sex Came on My regular period (Light bleeding) stayed on five days... But Hardheaded So We had sex like all the days After :-( But I notice I was spotting for bout two days Which was Thursday/Friday.. Been having back pain && Can't hold my Urin at all had a accident Once Which is weird Its Like So Much but Everything comes down too Could I Be PREGNANT AGAIN THIS SOON??

My biggest fear is of POEMS Syndrome, which my father succummed to in August 2005 after 8 painful years. Can POEMS be hereditary? Should I see my primary care doctor or endo with my concerns? I am scared o death but have not mentioned anything to my husband or mom because I don't want to alarm them unnecessarily.

( at this point I am scheduled for another internal untrasound to see if there is any change in growth. I guess I'm wondering if there is a change in the gestational growth but my hormone levels are not normal what could that mean?

Thanks moms.. maybe it was a miscarriage.. i dun dare to put so much hope now.. i fear to take a any test.. but at times this curiousity n urge to find out whats going on wif my body really pressures me..

I will add though, last year I was pregnant. I made it to 4 months. I was working 2 jobs and didn't rest very often. I was working overnight and was in so much pain but just ignored it until it became unbearable. I decided to leave work and head to the ER. On my way out my water broke. Ended up having a miscarriage and had to be admitted for a D&C. So yes please make sure you rest and don't push yourself.

well, chris got home at 6am(he always does that to me lol).....so earlier we decided to stop by our friends house, the one i mentioned just found out she was pregnant? well, we werent paying attention that her truck was gone, and when her brother finally decided to answer the door, and let us know that at 3am today she went to the hospital with some bleeding, but major cramping....and i feel soooo bad for her, b/c she just got that u/s that showed the baby had a heartbeat of 153!

Hello and welcome. Would love to hear your poems. I'm not a writer myself but I do enjoy reading poetry. :) Keep it up, its a great outlet to express ones feelings...

Will have a try. Actually observed earlier, if practice by reading the poems/rhythms (some material are for kids:), can catch fast (I mean can memorize more words and faster) as compared to learning the pronounciation of words one by one seperatly.

praying this will be the one had a miscarriage in december still hard but the pregnancy text came out positive

yesterday while I was cooking supper I could feel wetness between my legs so I went to the restroom to go see what it was and there was blood so my boyfriend I went and dropped off our daughter at his moms and we went to the emergency room. they end up doing some tests, a blood & urine test and a vaginal ultrasound and they think its a threatened miscarriage. They are not sure though. Since bleeding can happen. They want me to go back in a couple of days for more test.
