Common Questions and Answers about Miscarriage first pregnancy

miscarriage

Avatar f tn ve never had a miscarriage or any real pregnancy scares. My period was for the most part regular. I used to get horrible cramps and i mean horrible. Last year my cramps just disappeared but in December and January those horrible cramps returned. A couple weeks ago I didnt get my period and I immediately tested a positive home pregnancy test. I haven't had a chance to see a Dr. so I read forums and my app that I have. I'm terrified of all this miscarriage talk.

6018494 tn?1379878959 No one ever told me that your first pregnancy would be this scary! I'm 8 weeks and 4 days at 7 weeks I started bleeding/spotting and it stopped yesterday!
Avatar f tn Honestly, anytime you bleed in pregnancy there is a 50-50 chance the pregnancy will continue as normal. With my first pregnancy I spotted ob and off for 1 day and then found out 3 weeks later I had a miscarriage. My next pregnancy I bleed worse then a period for 5 weeks straight and she's 4 now.
Avatar f tn Can anyone give me advice? This is my first pregnancy and I don't know if it's normal to be this nervous to make it past the first trimester. Just need something to calm my nerves.
Avatar f tn Before this pregnancy i had a miscarriage at 8 weeks pregnant. It took me nearly 9 weeks for my levels to hit 0!! Ugh the waiting was so miserable.
Avatar f tn Unfortunately there is no way to know if your going to have a miscarriage or a healthy pregnancy, its a waiting game for everyone. If your not having any problems then you shouldn't be worried, you don't need the extra stress, try to keep yourself occupied over the next few weeks by starting a hobby or reading or spending extra time with family and friends.
Avatar f tn So this is my first miscarriage and 3 pregnancy what are the chances of getting pregnant after?
Avatar f tn Hi ladies this is my first pregnancy that i didn't plan for at all and am all confused and lost..we are going on a holiday in 10 days for a 14 hour flight and i will be 8 weeks through will there be any danger on the baby flying for that long?
Avatar f tn a miscarriage and have a good relationship with your doctor. You are almost out of your first trimester and almost in the clear. Try not to stress too much you don't want to stress out baby.
Avatar f tn My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 20 weeks I had brown spotting throughout and everyone and even my doctor was saying everything was fine it happened October 11th 2013 I'm still not over it you never get over losing a child no matter how old they are it does get a bit easier but there are still days where it hurts just as bad as the night it happened my best advice is to grieve don't let anyone make you believe that just because you weren't that far along so it shouldn'
Avatar n tn I have my first ultrasound and I'm really nervous. I had a miscarriage last year so I'm scared. I'm 13 weeks and I'm assuming my doctor hasn't found anything thus far to be worried about since he hasn't rushed or said anything. Has anyone else had this problem after a miscarriage?
Avatar f tn Haha everyone has advice. That's my opinion you going to become annoyed with how much more everyone thinks they know. Every baby and body is different it's instinctual so listen to your body.
