Since finding out I was pregnant I stopped
running because the first time with my daughter, the first 12 weeks were rough and I was on bed rest for awhile, due to a threatened miscarriage. So I was little afraid of a repeat but now I'm 14 weeks and I want to be able to run again, even if it's a mile. Do you ladies think it's a good idea? I was over weight when I met my husband and lost almost 75 lbs before my daughter.
