i am 14 and going to turn fifteen on 30th i had these causes ever since i was 8years old.
after i run over a long period or a short period my stomach achs terribly my throte feels like i am on fire. and these causes happen when i stop running i even throw up and i didn't even eat. and when i feel better later on my stomach kills me and i just drop on the ground. i know this is serious and i should of asked a long time ago.
So I had a miscarriage may 6-17 hcg level was 105 I'm now pregnant again 5-6 weeks 2000 pregnant I'm just scared to miscarry again I my stomach has weird pains under stomach on left side sometimes pains in belly button?
Since finding out I was pregnant I stopped running because the first time with my daughter, the first 12 weeks were rough and I was on bed rest for awhile, due to a threatened miscarriage. So I was little afraid of a repeat but now I'm 14 weeks and I want to be able to run again, even if it's a mile. Do you ladies think it's a good idea? I was over weight when I met my husband and lost almost 75 lbs before my daughter.
I heard papaya, pineapple,dates...causes miscarriage. But what about Jaggery. I saw in a video jaggery is good for decreasing acidity during pregnancy. But, one of my friend said it is not good while pregnancy time. Any suggestions..
I had a problem with running eyes sometimes and then I had cataracts removed from both eyes. Shortly after the eye surgery I had breast cancer surgery along with chemo and radiation. Now my eyes are running all the time, it is very annoying I was told that maybe I needed surgery on them because the tear ducts are probably blocked. I really do not want another surgery and was wondering if there is something else I can do and whether or not the chemo or radiation could have played a part in this.

I started running few days ago. so i am a beginer and i dont know much. My goal is to lose 10 pounds of fat and built edurance.
So how much time to run to have result?
Can i do pauses and walk if i get tired?
How many km every day?
Do i have to workout after or before running?
And how to prevent soreness?

t do any physical exercise,the more tired I feel.I become more energetic after doing some press ups,running and other normal jogging.Walking only gets me exhausted and causes leg pain.Without any physical exercise during the week my energy simply wears out until I'm weak and need to do more exercise.I'm 19 years.I have untreated long term insomnia that I get to often sleep in the morning.I have a quite high blood pressure 140/95.

m not an expert on this subject,
but I reckon that the blood supply to that area above the voice-box increases at a high rate and causes that pain sensation when you run at a fast pace. Maybe you should see a doctor or wait for an expert doctor to reply to this post, as you said it's been happening for years, I don't think it's an emergency.
I get relief, even though very slowly, when i sit on a toilet basin to pass stool which is oftenly of a running nature. The first time this happened i was aged 15 years when i collapsed during a school parade. The worst happened very late last year when I could not manage a single word to call my wife next door but could only clap my hands while I sat on the basin to relief myself. I felt like the time to cross over to be with my Father in Heaven had suddenly come.
