I'm currently 5 weeks preggo, and I've already had a miscarriage last year at 7 weeks. I had cramping and spotting last time, so you can imagine I'm super nervous this time. The weird thing is, I only cramp and experience light spotting at night, after I've gone all day at work (desk job) with neither symptom. I had a doctor visit earlier in the week and my 5 week ultrasound looked great, but the symptoms at night are really worrying me.
I have less than one week until I'm in the clear and can't really have a miscarriage. But every night, I'm having nightmares about a miscarriage or other random things. I don't know why I'm having nightmares every night but I'll have a dream about being in labor, or just having my baby, aanditll be a happy dream, then it'll turn into a different dream and it'll be a nightmare.
I'm 38 and 13 weeks pregnant I had a miscarriage last year at 7 weeks and I worry too...but we have to try to stay positive :) had my ultrasound and baby looks good...just wish the doctors would let me enjoy it instead of constantly talking about tests and down syndrome etc...just because of my age...my translucency came back normal but they are still worried..I wish they could be positive instead of making me worry...
m five weeks and 3 days pregnant and I started bleeding today it has been bright red and heavy at times with sine cramping and at other times its been light and pink in color! This is my fourth pregnancy and I've never had this happen before only the cramping!! Please give me some advice (I don't have a Dr) Thanks in advance!!!
Yesterday when i went to loo and wiped myself there was some watery pink blood on toilet paper. I put a pad on and expected the worst thru the night but when I woke this morning there were 3 brown dots on pad, nothing else. Spotting? Then again today, I wore a pad to keep check and again i hsve 3 or 4 spots of brown blood.
I rung my GP whose "helpful" advise was to retest in a week!
Is this just spotting or possibly the start of a miscarriage.
Hi, I'm so sorry about your lost... I too had a m/s at 15 weeks...4 years ago. I was told to wait at least 2 months after D&C to try to conceve again... It's a big shock to your system, so you should wait a bit.
If you really want to try again, take your BBT (Basal Body Temp) every morning to locate when you ovulate (it's not always at 14 days...
Friday I had a positive beta at 4 weeks (I did IVF) . Saturday night started bleeding heavy like period and cramp passing tussue and small clots until now which is Monday. Today they said beta has gone up but they are comparing to Friday level which I had mild bleeding and I was pregnant for sure. I think I misscarried last night and hcg needs time to drop. Any experiences? Is it chemical?
I am 43 and 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow but yesterday evening I started bleeding a little, this continued through the night and I am still bleeding at the moment. To me it is like having a period just not so heavy and I am not in any pain, just feel heavy. I have also passed a few clots but nothing big.
Sorry girl i dont mean to scare you but sounds like a miscarriage ask for your hcg levels to get checked to make sure they are increasing at this point the baby is so small that a blood clot of any size is not normal also if when you wiped it was bright red or pink like fresh blood is also a red flag for miscarriage dont wait go to another doctor or hospital to see if they can do a vaginal ultrasound they should be able to see something if not hcg levels can tell weather the pregnancy is progres
I am on the same situation but in 13 weeks. It happened at 10 weeks and I rushed at the ER in the middle of the night but they told me it's normal after 3 weeks, it's back again. I've read it can happen all the way throughout pregnancy so I don't panic any more. I also havr some pain mostly when I walk or stand a lot so I'm trying to relax more. I hope everything will be just fine but I recommend not to wait when the spotting turns into bleeding.

I'm 26 and this is my first pregnancy.
Last weekend I started having brown spotting with mild cramping at night. By Monday I was bleeding red blood and I went to see my doctor's assistant who said she didn't know why I was bleeding and everything looked fine during the sonogram. That night I had more blood coming out and very bad cramps. I stayed in bed all night and every time I went to use the bathroom blood would pour out ( a tablespoon worth).

Hi everyone. I had a miscarriage at 18 weeks three weeks ago. I started bleeding on 9/23, went to ER and they did an ultra sound and tested my blood for the pregnancy hormone. The ultra sound was fine. There were no placenta problems and my blood was fine. The bleeding continued along with period like cramps for two more days. The 25th I went to my obgyn. He didn't examine me because the bleeding had turned into more of a discharge. The cramps continued too.
So I miscarried at 13w 3d. I had gone to er at about 8 pm the night it happened for mild cramping (what felt like contractions) and mild bleeding. They took urine and blood and did a heartbeat, which they found. The urine test came back as severe UTI. They gave me amox for the infection and sent me home. By 12am i was convinced these were contraction pains. They got more intense and more frequent with every passing hour. I even called back up to e.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be a day to that I will always remember, because I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I'm emotionally hurt by the pain I've went through. I really and truly want my baby and to think this happened to someone that's been working on having a baby for a year. Its very traumatizing and sad for me.
How can you tell if you have completed a natural miscarriage? I started spotting wed. Night went to the doctor yesterday there was no heartbeat and couldn't see baby at all. I bled very heavy yesterday and now its starting to lighten but I am cramping so bad. I have never been through a miscarriage before and I have a fallow up appointment on Monday to make sure everything is ok. But I am in so much pain I am just looking for answers. Thanks in advance.
I have them every night and sometimes it's 4 in a night! They're dreadful and so graphic! I'm going to see if my midwife has a supplement of some kind before bed to help calm my brain geesh!
i was 17 wk pregnant through IVF, at night i had excessive bleeding,i was admitted in hospital there usg shows normal usg. Next day at night i passed big clot and in the morning i had usg which showed severe oligohydraminiosis i was bleeding with pain abdomen, then doctor told me to go for D&C and they did d&c. kindly tell me the reason for severe oligohydraminiosis within one day and can the doctor do something to save the baby, is D&C only option left.
I was 7 weeks into my first pregnancy and woke up in the middle of the night hurting and bleeding heavily. As fast as I could I went to the ER,they told me my HCG was at 20000 so they did a U/S. Basically there was nothing there and they said that I must have passed most everything by that time. There was only a small black dot on the screen. After the Dr. looked over everything and confirmed that it was a miscarriage they sent me home.
