vegan D3 (2500 IUs); CoQ10 (100 mg); Red Yeast Rice (1200 mg, which also has 210 mg of
milk thistle and 60 mg of CoQ10); Biotin (10,000 mcg's); and an eye vitamin with bilberry, ginkgo, lutein, and selenium. I was taking a multiple also vegan capsules, but I ran out. I showed it to a pharmacist at Walgreens and she recommended benedryl. Since I didn't want to get drowsy, I chose the topical cream.
