Nature's Bounty prenatal vitamins is it good?
I would like to suggest to use Nature's Bounty Multi-Day Women's with Calcium & Iron. My wife is using it she found extreme improvement.

What's everyone's favorite prenatal vitamins? I just bought nature's bounty but I really don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for.
I finally was able to get some. "Nature's Bounty" "Stress Relief"... Walmart groceries delivery... 300mg extract says = 1200 mgs root... tried over week each night... 1, 2, 3, 4 pills ... no sleep help realized... saw other similar products claiming adding black pepper increases absorption 20 x's so added 1/4 teaspoon that in warm milk... still no sleep help... my melatonin has worked for many yrs... but ofcourse i've needed more and more of it...
If you don't have any luck with your physician, consider seeing a Naturopathic physician. They are well known for giving B12 injections. You can also purchase B12 drops (do not get the tablets though) at Walgreens (Nature's Bounty is the brand, I believe).

s Way Brand Milk Thistle, which - according to the packaging - contains 175 mg Milk Thistle extract (seed), 80% silymarin; and 180 mg Blessed Thistle (stern, leaf, flower). Is this safe? Is it helpful? Is there any kind of sensation at the liver site which indicates that you need to seek medical help immediately? I've read on the forum that some people actually experience bleeds. Does this manifest as bruising, or can it happen w/o any visible indications?

vegan D3 (2500 IUs); CoQ10 (100 mg); Red Yeast Rice (1200 mg, which also has 210 mg of milk thistle and 60 mg of CoQ10); Biotin (10,000 mcg's); and an eye vitamin with bilberry, ginkgo, lutein, and selenium. I was taking a multiple also vegan capsules, but I ran out. I showed it to a pharmacist at Walgreens and she recommended benedryl. Since I didn't want to get drowsy, I chose the topical cream.
I forgot to tell you after you go to mayo clinic review of milk thistle you go to the site that says Milk Thistle and under that it has Mayo Clinic and it does give a web address

We do have the right to express our opinions, with a few exceptions, health matters being one of them, that arena needs peer reviewed science. Did I miss something regarding milk thistle? The main point seems to be milk thistle "walls" off the live preventing it from doing its job.
I am planning on going back to get another blood test soon, however, wanted to share with the group that I started taking Milk Thistle about three weeks ago to see whether this might help lower my enzyme levels to normal. What I have been finding is that I no longer need to take the prilosec or zantac, there is something (or appears to be something) in the Milk Thistle that is both helping me feel better as well as well as lowering my need for prilosec or other antacids.
Try a hot oil treatment. Avoid shampoos/ cond that have silicone in the ingredients. Also wash, cond hair in cold/ warm water, not hot as it tends to break hair off and effect new growth. After pregnancy, take a pill called hair, skin & nails by nature's bounty. Its the best! Made my hair grow so long & thick!!! You can find it at any grocery store, health food store, or Amazon. I can't wait to start taking mine agai! Good luck!
I was diagnosed with Hep-c and Cirrhosis on Jan.5th 2015.....both Chronic ? My viral load is 676 , my meld score is 12....I have no idea what any of this means ? I'm 54 years old ! I have no insurance and Ive been turned down from Medicaid 2 times...Which means No G.I. Doctor , in fact no Dr. at all but a Primary Doctor at a clinic here in Savannah Ga. ! He informed me he knows absolutely nothing about liver disease's etc.
