6778631 tn?1396407123 I'm having the same problem (since taking Zofran) & I finally called my doc. She told me to use Milk of Magnesia. I'm also eating prunes, bananas, pears, as much water as I can keep down, apple juice & taking Colace. I have totally stopped the Zofran as I'd rather be sick to my stomach than constipated.
Avatar f tn Are you uncomfortable from it? Probably a dumb question lol there's a tea called "smooth move" that works almost too good. Dr said its ok to use as long as you don't become dependent on it. I got it from Wal-Mart by all the other teas, drink it before bed & by morning u should be better!
Avatar f tn The turkey sandwich is the be-all, end-all of the hospital refrigerator....along with pudding, skim milk, Italian ice (which I helped myself to every night), and jello. Turkey has many mysterious healing powers, never gets caught in your throat while you try to eat lying down after a cath, and they keep turkeys in the basement, so it is cheap.....okay, well that is all a lie but they are always on hand.
Avatar f tn Can also add avocado and cocoa with banana and honey to the oats mixture to have a pudding breakfast
Avatar f tn But milk seem to be the one thing that stay with me. Love milk to start with but now I have to have my milk and cearel or milk and cookies every single night. And milk make me bloated but I still want it :( I was also eating orange by the case at the beginning too. Chocolate and cheese cake last month but finally got over that, thanks goodness. Otherwise I will be gaining a lot more weight.
Avatar f tn I am 4 days away from my due date and I really want her to come within the next 4-5 days or possibly even sooner. I've tried some walking, spicy foods, popcorn, raspberry tea, intercourse, and some exercising (as in squats and alil bit of jump jacks). Do any of you ladies have any other ways or things that are safe that I can do to start up my labor???
Avatar f tn tofu, soy milk, soy yogurt, soy pudding, and soy ice cream. Incomplete proteins you need to combine foods such as beans and rice, pasta with vegetables, peanut butter and bread, nuts in salad, and beans with pasta. You can try any of the above to get protein in her for each meal. Milkshakes (milk, fresh fruit, and ice cream) are also good for extra protein too.
Avatar f tn I've had the same problem! No milk, yogurt, pudding, etc. Kills my stomach.
Avatar f tn I'm actually ok with milk in my tea,i just can't drink a large amount of milk.it's annoying because i like milk and its good for you too.
Avatar f tn Pizza, as always. And chocolate/caramel ice cream! Mmm!

4111382 tn?1356207828 Oh! I wanted a egg sammie yesterday but I wanted bologna instead. I haven't really eaten any red meat since I got pregnant, 6 months ago haha. Processed meat doesn't count because I'm all over that hahaha.
Avatar f tn Ugh it is 11:20pm -.- And I'm craving wheat bread with lots of jelly and a cup of milk but I dont have jelly -_- ughhhhh lol I guess I'm eating my wheat bread with syrup . . any cravings for your ladies right now ???
Avatar f tn 1 cup of soy milk contains 8 g protein There are some fruits and veggies that have protein, but most are not significant sources. Split peas contain 16 g protein per serving, spinach has 13 and chickpeas have 8 g protein/serving. Avocados have 1 g protein per ounce. A medium peach has 2 g protein and 149 grams of dried figs have 5 g protein. I love avocado smoothies, but avocados have a lot of calories, so you have to watch that. Peaches would be okay.
Avatar f tn I heard milk helps but idk it didn't work for me. Just make sure when you eat you don't lay down right away because I know for that's what triggers it. Try to stay away from acidic foods and drinks, that can lower it.
