Avatar f tn He is a very health conscious 21 year old uni student. He keeps to an exceptionally healthy diet and has an interest in bodybuilding in which he works out 4-5 days a week for about 60-90 mins. He doesn't have problems sleeping and is not stressed out or have any sort of performance anxiety that know of. He takes supplements to aid him which were protien, AAKG, creatine, glutamine and tribulus. About 3 weeks ago he cut it down to just the protien, aakg and glutamine.
Avatar m tn I thought of taking whey protien shakes and creatine as a post fundoplication diet as for the first couples fo weak I am only supposed to get liquid intake. Does bodybuilding supplementations or even Bodybuilding dietary plans in anyway affect the fundoplication?

Avatar n tn Hi,Im, Ok you could start weughtlifting/bodybuilding class's, drinking 3 raw eggs in a pint of milk at night, a pint of milk with your breakfast, and a pint of milk with your lunch, eat 2 bananas a day, and eat things that will bulk you up, steaks, good beef sandwichs. Cant think of much else but will keep thinking.

I posted a question, and a woman said my symptoms showed thyroid problems. Here's several of my symptoms- foamy pee, unable to lose bodyfat fast(as unbelievable as it is, I have a perfect diet since I'm bodybuilding), slow muscle recovery, excess sweating ,muscle weakness, bad immune system, and on occasions I'll get very hungry.

Avatar m tn The exercise part of bodybuilding is good for your liver, but you might want to think twice about doing a protein-heavy bodybuilder's diet. Too much protein can stress your liver. You might want to talk to a doctor about what is the appropriate amount of protein intake.
Avatar n tn yeh apparantly it was caused due to straining. i agree in the fact that i proberbly make these thinsg worse because i worry alot But at the same time i know what i'm feeling. also i might go for an intolerance test. seems that i went from glass or 2 of milk a day to nearly 4 pints a day (half a gallon), (bodybuilding) now i haven't had milk in two weeks and my stomach has settled right down.

492936 tn?1244651570 t know the whole diet, but I did read that whole milk makes big fat juicy eggs, so for the past 2 months I have been drinking a glass of whole milk every day. I forgot how delish really cold whole milk is. I'm lucky b/c we have a small organic dairy nearby and I go and pickup a half gallon of it served in the old fashioned glass bottles. As far as all the other stuff goes, I have read a few books and they're all pretty similar.. low fat, whole grains, veggies and fruit...

Moderate fat diet means = use polyunsaturated (omega 3, corn oil, nuts, etc) fats and monounsaturated (olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, etc) fats, no saturated fats (high fat snack foods, butter, fat spreads) and no trans fats.

1026267 tn?1257591273 m not familiar with the low iodine diet, but I eat a non-inflammatory diet which recommends coconut milk. The only downside I know of is, coconut milk is packaged in cans, and most cans these days have been proven to contain/leach biosphenol-a. I have a recipe for coconut milk though, which is easier than almond milk.. (although I do make fresh almond milk every 2-3 days) 1 cup dried unsweetened coconut (Bobs Red Mill is one) 4 cups warm pure water Soak for 15 minutes.
