Avatar n tn Hi and welcome to the forum. The fact that your daughter is only 3 months, makes it a rather delicate and challenging matter. I would not attempt anything that would even remotely suggest a possible side-effect. Holistic allergy elimination for babies, would be the only approach that I would recommend at this point. It is 100% non-invasive, safe, efficient and simple. You need to search for a Doctor or Practitioner in your area that is trained in N.A.E.T. (Dr.

My concern is can this type of allergy really cause this type of cycle? I would think he would have more symptoms closer together. We began NO milk protein diet& scheduled MRI next month. Will MRI only show brain or can they see intestinal problems as well?
Avatar n tn currently most commonly recognized food allergens, and frequently this is in relation to food allergic kids rather than adults. I try, in the food allergy writing that I do, to address food allergies BEYOND the "Top 8", and more specifically in relation to adult-onset of food allergies. Avatar f tn The symptoms from lactose intolerance include, bloating, gas, pain/cramps,vomitting and I believe diahhrea. The best way to tell if that is the problem is to avoid all milk products for the day. If your symptoms go away, slowing introduce milk products to see if they return. I don't think though that pain in the kidney area is a symptom of it. I do know that when I had gallstones, this is alot of what I experienced. Just a thought. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

Avatar n tn I'm no expert or anything, but I've heard of people who already have epilepsy becoming prone to seizures from food allergies. Definitely follow the more expert advice, but it won't hurt to check for food allergies. A lot of people are allergic to wheat or gluten and a lot of people are allergic to milk. If it's not a "true" allergy, it can still be food sensitivities. Google information for food sensitivities and for food elimination/food challenge diets.
Avatar m tn Milk, and dairy of such doesnt give me diarrhea or pain, like common lactose tolerance symptoms. Milk just alters my stools, turning them light colored after a few days of drinking it. So does sour cream and ice cream. I dont have this problem with cheese, and the lactose tolerance pills did not make a difference in this, because I tried them. For a while my doctor couldnt get my iron up, and we couldnt figure out why.
