Avatar n tn You can regularly massage scalp with oil, use protein conditioner to avoid loss and help growing, prevent exposure in hot sun etc. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Avatar f tn I've noticed recently that my face is red and looks like from sun exposure, although I've spent next to no time outside in the sun. I had open heart surgery in July to replace the mitral valve. Could this condition be the result of my now properly working heart? Maybe it could be a result from one or more of my medications (lisinopril/hctz, metformin, metoprolol, nexium, nasonex, low dose asprin)? Should I be concerned?
503727 tn?1210442710 As soon as I get into a place I get so dizzy and my vision is all messed up. I get so hot and sweaty and my heart races. I want my life back. I still dont believe that its just anxiety causing all of this. I feel like I have something else wrong that the doctors cant find even though i have had bloodwork, mri, ekg, and they were all normal. I started taking .25mg of xanax once a day. still dont feel any better yet. So if anybody has any help please give it to me.
233616 tn?1312790796 In light of the fact that I am currently UND and have no virus, the reversal of fatty liver and less necrosis and less HCC all sounds very appealing, not to mention any reduction in IR would mean ones own Interferon response would be better post tx. and this alone may increase ones chances of an SVR even if begun at the end of an SOC regime. Perhaps now, more than any other time it could help insure one will recognize any lingering HCV and seek and destroy as designed.
Avatar n tn I think everything is over and I clean up. I walk out of the toilet and in about 2 minutes time the stomach cramp and the fainting sensation comes back (I've fainted only once to date from this and was out for about 15-20 minutes). 6. When I get back to the toilet I have a really violent Diarrhoea episode in pure liquid state.
Avatar f tn Attacks could last minutes or hours and any combination of symptoms would happen. And in between attacks, my heart would regularly do many strange things - tachy, brady, irregular rhythm, extremely forceful beats, 'flip-flopping' feelings, etc. I also sometimes experienced a sensation of the heart stopping and restarting - immediately after the restart I would feel a MASSIVE, uncomfortable surge of adrenaline and the heart would beat very fast for a little while.

378273 tn?1262101221 If the Amiodione stops the AFib you should be able to run better.... that is if the side effects are not too bad. If you are running while in AFib and you take Metoprolol (in any dose over 50 mg) you should be able to run through anything. Good luck.
Avatar n tn Oh my word, anytime you want to vent I'm all ears. Let it all out. Still waiting for this crooked hospital endocrine to get back to me with my blood tests, started on meds and begged the archaic dinosaur of an attedning endo if I can have a liver function and liver blood count tests. he said there's no need for that or any kind of uptake scan or even RAI which I was extremely thrilled and confused at the same time.
Avatar f tn Wow! This is eerie to suddenly come upon this thread. Had a heart attack at 45 in Jan '08, with 100% blockage of the LAD. They stented it. I had a rod like pain about the size of a 4" pencil to the left of my sternum - my cardiologist said it was nothing extraordinary. Had a lot of travel and work stress in Sep/Oct and I started getting intermittent pain traveling up the neck to the left side of my jaw. The pain also radiated to my left arm pit.
Avatar n tn It's gotten to the point where I do not expose my chest/neck ever - and cover up whenever I can. I had read once that taking Niacinimide could help - and I've been taking about 1000mg of it for a few months, but am not seeing much improvement. Anyone with any help or suggestions I would REALLY appreciate it.
Avatar n tn I am having extremely debilitating anxiety right now. Mild chest discomfort but I focus in on it so much that it becomes unbearable. I am always aware of my heartbeat and like above I focus in to it where it just drives me insane. I am expereincing undescribable levels of discomfort and I just dont understand whats wrong with me. My heart rate throughout the day is 90-100 bpm resting, and it shoots up even when I do simple tasks such as walking.
Avatar f tn Hello everyone, Just want to know whether anyone else here feels strange 100% of the time? I know that when you have panic attacks you can get numbness and tingling and headache......... but i seem to have it most of the time, pretty much all day. I just feel like im in a dream all the time, im scared all the time, does anyone else get this?
Avatar n tn Now my eyes feel like they are crossed and when i talk to someone and look at them, it seems like my eyes get more and more blurry to where i have to look away. Everything looks dull and it seems like my eyes can't focus to objects correctly. Besides that, i'm always feeling confused and feelings of being in a fog...like everything around me is going on around me while im not there...occasionally i will get a twitch as well. I can't concentrate on anything nor think straight at all...
