I went in at 128 and over the years of being incredibly sedate and sleepy, eating tons of sweets craving everyone, and not really participating in anything but
nodding, I got up to 248! I began decreasing my dose
and with diet
and exercise, I am now down to about 140. I did get a little overboard with the working out and got down to 128, but that was too skinny, so I had to keep that in check.
