He told me to wait a couple weeks and I didn't get my period, take progesterone to give me my period. On November 10th I started the progesterone and got my period on November 18th until November 22nd. Then on Monday, December 3rd I had really light (no tampon or liner needed) pink, sometimes brown, spotting/bleeding.
They now realize even healthy women can have PCOS. She is going to put me on Metformin (usually used to treat diabetics but had been successful with helping regulate women's cycles) to see if that helps balance my hormones. If it doesn't she will add Clomid (a med used to help induce ovulation). I would suggest you go see your OBGYN. If you do have PCOS it can be very difficult to conceive on your own. Good luck.
yeah i have already used all above methods, but due to PCOS my ovulation is not regular.. can i use another method to get pregnant fast or which things or activity youthink will be good for a PCOS girl to get ovulation back. do u think glucophage is helping drug for making eggs healthy and regular ovulation.
I have been taking Metformin since January when I was diagnosed with PCOS. The Metformin helps to regulate my insulin, and in turn, it helps me to ovulate. PCOS leads to issues ovulating regularly or on your own. Being insulin resistant does not mean that I am diabetic, just the issue with my ovaries and ovulation.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in August and given metformin to try to regulate my periods so we could TTC without the help of anything else. After only taking it for 2 1/2 weeks I was about to take progesterone to make me start my period. I did a HPT to be sure I was not PG. To my complete surprise I was! After a few test, the doctor realized that it was a tubal pregnancy and I had to receive a shot to have it removed before it hurt me.
